It was great! Haven’t done one of those workouts in a while so I was a little apprehensive as to what the pace and structure would be like but Bryan made sure to explain everything throughly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend trying it out, if you are looking for something new and want to be part of a tight knit community.

It was perfect for us! Coach was great! As a gym owner and coach myself, it is always so nice to be in a class that it run well, on time, informative and the the workout was explained well. Will visit again if we are back in this area!
Laura is incredible, she never makes you feel dumb for not knowing how to do something (which is me, everyday 🤣). After a year and a half, she still reminds you how to properly execute movements while pushing you past your comfort zones. She's also great at reminding you to breath, and describing the stimulus of the workout. Laura embodies the mantra of "builld them up", encouraging every single member to perform their best.
Ben is an outstanding CrossFit coach—patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. He’s helped me make major improvements in my form and technique, always offering clear, practical suggestions that actually stick.
It was a great workout and it was a good amount intensity and room to breathe. Great music choice and amazing personality!

CrossFit Claddagh is great! I love it so much. Every coach is so knowledgeable, motivating and welcoming! They walk you through every movement, they learn what you are capable of and push you to what you can do. Joining CrossFit was the best decision I made for my mental and physical health!

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! Bryan is always welcoming and professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. The equipment is clean, well-maintained. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, which makes it a great place for all fitness levels! And of course the music always rocks!
Laura always walks us through the warm ups and keeps on form while providing coaching tips for the exercise. I appreciate the wide range of movements used in the programming and that the gym has all the equipment needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to increase strength and overall fitness.

Laura was awesome. The gym has a great community of athletes of all different levels. Laura, Bryan, and the other coaches really exceed in nurturing it. The workout was great: it is a club for improving running: both time and distance. Laura makes sure to pay as much mind to the warm up, stretching, and strength as running and that helps a ton. Having that community helps a ton with motivation, too!
Class with Coach Laura is ALWAYS fun! She mixes things up and really customizes each workout to each person. She knows my strengths and weaknesses and I LOVE how she pushes me to be better every time. Her skill in form and Coach queues is impressive. She gives me such helpful pointers and corrections. Always have a smile on my face during class with Laura - even if she’s making me run!
Bryan always puts together a great workout. You never leave his class thinking it wasn’t time well spent. It’s challenging but attainable, every single time. And no matter how YOU feel you did - he always says , Good Job. He see’s and knows your effort. It’s a judgement free zone.
Had an amazing introductory class for my first time. Felt like I was apart of group effort immediately. Laura was attentive to teaching me without taking away from the whole class. All and all a great teacher and phenomenal class for a first timer

Coach Laura is absolutely amazing. She creates such an encouraging and positive environment every single class. What stands out most is how she motivates everyone while still making sure our form is on point. Safety and results go hand in hand with her. Since starting, I’ve felt noticeable improvements both physically and mentally, and each week I feel myself getting stronger. Her professionalism makes every workout feel purposeful and rewarding. Grateful to have her as a coach.
I thought Shayne did a great job coaching the Saturday morning class. He was able to explain the workout clearly and thoroughly so that everyone in class knew exactly what they had to do! His energetic attitude was also very contagious during such a long workout!

Awesome, good energy and instruction. More feedback, either positive or constructive, would be helpful during the wod though. Mid-wod motivation and validation are always nice, sometimes I get lazy when I’m dying lol.
