Super convenient. Between Blackstone and BJS, my two most visited locations. It’s nice to have everything nearby to make my limited free time more sufficient. What’s better than doing a great workout and driving 3-10 minutes down the road to your favorite stores if needed. Bryan and everyone were so welcoming. The workouts are great and the people are amazing.

This community is the best I have found. No matter what level you are working out at, every single gle member is there cheering for you. I had a trial class at the CrossFit gym, and Laura, the coach, was exceptional. She helped me a lot with my lifting techniques, was attentive during every exercise, and gave me follow-up feedback that I really appreciated. It was a great first experience!

Laura is always invested in you as her client. She truly takes each minute of the class to ensure your form is correct and will modify the movements if needed. Laura will be there on your fitness journey!
I’ve done CrossFit on and off for years, and today’s experience at CrossFit Claddagh was honestly amazing. A small group of us from our old gym (which recently closed) decided to check Claddagh out. Bryan coached the 8:30 class and was super energetic, welcoming, and attentive to all the newcomers, myself included. He really made it clear that his gym is all about creating a comfortable space and making sure everyone feels good and has fun. The workout was exactly what was needed. Can’t wait to go back!
Laura is amazing at customizing workouts as needed - even in a full class of people. She created a unique scaling option for my today as I had a sore wrist. I’ve seen her do this countless times with multiple members. She’ll always make the workout work for you. She’ll challenge you, but will make sure you’re comfortable too. 💚🧡💚🧡
Did a trial class after a 3-year break and it was still just as welcoming as I remembered. The gym was clean, the environment felt supportive, and Laura did an excellent job breaking down the workout and offering modifications when needed. She really pays attention to form and helps you correct it as you go, which made easing back in feel safe and encouraging. Great experience overall!
Coming back after a break can be intimidating, but Bryan made it easy. He made me feel comfortable from the start and truly motivated me. I left feeling confident and excited to continue my fitness journey. Amazing coach!

Shayne was really knowledgeable and supportive throughout the class. He helped me to improve my technique on the lift and was really encouraging throughout the workout.
Strongman lifts today were great. Something different that opens up your full body strength awareness. Looking forward to doing more like this in the future.

It was great! Haven’t done one of those workouts in a while so I was a little apprehensive as to what the pace and structure would be like but Bryan made sure to explain everything throughly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend trying it out, if you are looking for something new and want to be part of a tight knit community.
After a year away from the gym, it felt great to be back. There really is no place like CrossFit Claddagh.
It was perfect for us! Coach was great! As a gym owner and coach myself, it is always so nice to be in a class that it run well, on time, informative and the the workout was explained well. Will visit again if we are back in this area!

CrossFit Claddagh is great! I love it so much. Every coach is so knowledgeable, motivating and welcoming! They walk you through every movement, they learn what you are capable of and push you to what you can do. Joining CrossFit was the best decision I made for my mental and physical health!

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! Bryan is always welcoming and professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. The equipment is clean, well-maintained. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, which makes it a great place for all fitness levels! And of course the music always rocks!
Laura always walks us through the warm ups and keeps on form while providing coaching tips for the exercise. I appreciate the wide range of movements used in the programming and that the gym has all the equipment needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to increase strength and overall fitness.

Bryan always puts together a great workout. You never leave his class thinking it wasn’t time well spent. It’s challenging but attainable, every single time. And no matter how YOU feel you did - he always says , Good Job. He see’s and knows your effort. It’s a judgement free zone.
Had an amazing introductory class for my first time. Felt like I was apart of group effort immediately. Laura was attentive to teaching me without taking away from the whole class. All and all a great teacher and phenomenal class for a first timer

I thought Shayne did a great job coaching the Saturday morning class. He was able to explain the workout clearly and thoroughly so that everyone in class knew exactly what they had to do! His energetic attitude was also very contagious during such a long workout!

Awesome, good energy and instruction. More feedback, either positive or constructive, would be helpful during the wod though. Mid-wod motivation and validation are always nice, sometimes I get lazy when I’m dying lol.
