They have oversized cubbies with plenty of room to store your gear, two restrooms and two separate showers, and a large seating area to hang out before or after class. As someone who has only ever dropped in at my hometown gym, I appreciated how welcoming and seamless the whole experience felt. I would absolutely recommend CrossFit Buckhead to anyone traveling through the area or looking for a new gym. I’ll definitely be dropping in again whenever I’m in town!
Great coach! The teaching and coaching were on point throughout the entire session. The coach took time to explain each movement clearly, demonstrating proper form and pacing so I could follow along without confusion. They also noticed when my technique started to slip and offered helpful corrections that made a big difference. I left feeling confident in what I had accomplished and motivated to keep improving. I used to be that person who didn’t think much of CrossFit and told myself I’d never do it. But when I finally decided to try it out for myself at CrossFit Buckhead, the workout was intense from start to finish. The combination of varied movements, quick transitions, and constant encouragement kept me fully engaged and challenged in a way I hadn’t expected. I had a great time pushing through each set, feeling my body work hard but also noticing myself getting stronger with every minute. The people there are amazing - everyone was welcoming and supportive, checking in and cheering each other on without any pressure. That energy made the whole experience feel less intimidating and actually fun. It’s clear that this gym is more than just a place to exercise; it’s a community that motivates you to keep coming back.

Paige did an excelent job coaching. Kept everyone on track and was able to encourage and give on the spot critiques and corrections. Was able to keep the class moving to keep it flowing and on time. Could project a little louder due to the gym being loud but definately a hard skill to master without yelling. I enjoyed her class and would definately take a class with Paige again.
I dropped in today and Coach Nick made me feel like I had been going there for years. So welcoming and helpful. It was great to get his perspective. Will stop back next time I’m in town for sure! Thanks again!

I dropped into CrossFit Buckhead while visiting Atlanta, GA and had Dalton as my coach. Great experience! Dalton and the entire gym were friendly, welcoming and demonstrated southern hospitality. Dalton is a great coach and took time with everyone to review the workout, scaling options and then checked-in with everyone during the WOD that the wheels didn't fall off. Bonus was we had 2 dogs and Dalton's son in class. Thanks for making me feel welcome!

My girlfriend and I dropped in from Colorado to Amanda's class this morning and could not have felt more welcomed, engaged, and supported in the gym. She immediately stopped what she was doing to make us feel at home, and gave steady and friendly tips during the WOD. With a smile and steady hand, Amanda's guidance was perfectly calm and comforting, all while providing corrections and help to keep our form safe and the workout intense. Such a great experience!

Hark ye, to this tale of perseverance and triumph that of which was only recently made possible by Coach Dalton and his unrelenting enthusiasm and confidence. It twas a hot summer’s day in this year of our Lord, 2025, when I entered the gym to put my fitness to the test. I began the workout, unsure of myself. It was long. The weights were heavy, and I didn’t know if I could make it to the end. But lo! From yonder chalk-dusted corner did emerge Coach Dalton, clad in garments woven of sweat and noble purpose. His voice, akin to thunder on the moors, did ring forth with valorous encouragement: “Thou shalt not quit!” Many other words were said, though I do not remember, but thus he did spur me on. Each rep I lifted, he lifted with me — not with hand, but with spirit. Each kettlebell swing became a hymn. Each wall ball, a sonnet. Verily, though my limbs did tremble like a leaf in a tempest, and mine lungs burned with the fury of a thousand dragons’ breath, I was not alone. For Dalton, patron saint of righteous form, did stand beside me. And lo, when the final second of the WOD struck like a great bell of deliverance, I collapsed upon the floor, drenched in both sweat and humble victory. Coach Dalton, with a nod most solemn and a high-five mighty, did proclaim, “Thou hast crushed it.” Five stars.

Absolutely love Pat's barbell classes!! He takes time in breaking down the movements during the warmup and helping you piece them together. He keeps an eye on everyone in the class and provides individual corrections wherever needed.

Hannah has been a rockstar preparing the gym and class members for the hyrox workouts. There’s a lot of equipment and member herding involved, and Hannah positions the equipment before we arrive and efficiently warms us up while demonstrating a lot of movements. Love these classes!

Amanda has been part of my CrossFit journey since day one. She got me through the on-ramp and made those first classes feel way less intimidating. Ever since, I’ve loved being in her classes. She’s honestly one of the most supportive and compassionate coaches I’ve met. What I really appreciate is how she meets me where I’m at—always encouraging, but never pushy. She knows how to challenge me in a way that feels right and helps me grow, without losing sight of my own pace and goals. Plus, she makes it fun. Her energy, patience, and positivity make a big difference. I always leave her classes feeling better than when I walked in.
Amanda gave me great pointers and support which helped immensely with the WOD! I was able to fix my form and put more power into my push jerks even though the fatigue caught me pretty early on! 10/10 would recommend :)

Coach Lexie was great. She brought energy to the workout and spent time helping us to warm up effectively, stretch well for the days programming, and did a great job watching each of us while providing points of performance in the movements.
Dalton is hands down the best. He always keeps class fun while continuously pushing you at the same time. He takes the time to educate properly and make sure you feel comfortable with where you are as an individual. Most importantly, he’s 10/10 on the aux!
Dalton is great, commands the room, stays on schedule, knowledgeable about all workouts, and motivates the class. Only negative is TERRIBLE socks and shoes on occasion.

I come to the gym MWF, and I’m sad to see that there are no long WODS programmed on those days (all are sub 15 mins 😑). Would be great to have some variety beyond the strength portion for those that go 3 days a week.

I have been to multiple CrossFit gym, CrossFit buckhead has been a game changer for my fitness journey. The gym’s atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, right from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and high-fives. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and always push you to achieve your personal best without feeling overwhelmed. The workouts are both challenging and fun, with a great mix of strength, and cardio. I appreciate that the workouts are scalable, so no matter your fitness level, you can participate and improve at your own pace. The sense of community here is phenomenal, members cheer each other on, creating a positive environment that motivates you to keep coming back.

This CrossFit gym has a fantastic atmosphere that motivates and pushes you to do your best. The workouts are challenging and effective, with a great mix of friendly competition and support from both the coaches and fellow members.
Nate has been coaching me for more than 3 years, and all I can say is that I wish he also do the programming. He is knowledgeable and so patient when teaching, he’s great.
Coach Aislynn gave me great cues and pushed me out of my comfort zone (in a good way) today. However, I found her to be too distracting during my workout. She was distracting because she is so beautiful and fit, that I simply lost count of my reps and rounds.

She took the time and went over the steps as many times as I needed until I got the workout we were doing right. Now that I have my first class out of the way and know how patient the instructors are, I look forward to coming to future classes and learning to grow.

Max always does an awesome job coaching weightlifting and barbell warmup is on point.
Had a great workout, Paola is an amazing coach and helped with guiding me to a better form for me heavier lifts. Will definitely try more classes.

I live in Hawaii and always return to CrossFit Buckhead when I’m in Atlanta! Facility is clean, equipment is well maintained and the coaches are awesome! I love Coach Nicole’s energy and attention to detail from warm ups to the completing the WODs. Just like being at my box at home as the members are encouraging and inspiring 🤙💕

Amazing coaching. I felt very welcomed walking off the street! The class was very well ran at 6am. Members made me feel as welcomed as the coach! I felt like I was a member!
