Today was my first class and really I enjoyed it. The coach was great at showing us what we were to do and it was nice the class stayed together as one. Everyone was very supporative.

I’ve learned so much from Chris..not just about CrossFit movements, but about how to move safely while still pushing myself to go hard and lift heavy. He has an incredible way of explaining movements in a clear, practical way that actually sticks, and his scaling options are always thoughtful and empowering, never limiting. I genuinely love when Chris is my coach because I know I’m going to get great coaching, real feedback, and still have an absolute blast. His classes are so much fun. Beyond the technical coaching, he has a gift for making people feel seen. Even in a full class, he recognizes accomplishments, lifts you up, and makes you feel special. I always leave his class feeling stronger, more confident, and encouraged.
Coach Colette was fabulous! I haven't worked out in years due to injuries and she made sure to give me the attention I needed to not only do the exercises correctly but showed me modifications so that I could actually do them!

Very grateful that for my first WOD in years, that Chris was our coach. First, it’s clear the ownership team at Broadwing works together to support all of the individual functions that create a great workout experience. Because of that, you can see that Chris is empowered and able to do what he does so well; manage the onboarding process and coach! The instructions were clear, the attention to each members form and function was sharp, and the encouragement/direction/coaching was intuitive and intentional. This allowed me to work my hardest, knowing support was there when I needed it, and gave me the freedom to listen to my own body as I pushed to finish the WOD as best as I was able. Additionally, the secure leadership style of Chris was evident in the focused and kind demeanor of the athletes next to me. It’s clear they know they can trust their coach and the programming that has kept some of them there since the beginning of Broadwing. From the preparedness, to the cleanliness and order of the space, to the respect of time, to the warm and encouraging engagement; Chris as a coach and the leadership team at Broadwing made committing to membership an easy decision.
Austin is a great coach! He spends a good amount of time explaining the workout and movements. He also makes appoint to encourage each person.
I enjoy workouts with Greg! Very accommodating, and encouraging. Provides everyone with the support they need, with the levels they’re at.
Great attention to detail, modification were quick and easy to complete while maintaining the groups pace. The entire team was supportive and focused.
Really enjoyed the beginners class. Im a newbie with the bar & appreciated learning the movements slowly so that I had time to understand the fundamentals of what we were doing. It made the class more fun for me and less intimidating. Looking forward to coming back.

Colette really takes her time working with you individually making sure you have the proper form. She pushing you do challenge yourself and encouraging you every step of the way!

Coach Chris is amazing. He coached my first CrossFit class. I was so nervous, and he put me at ease. He is realistic and makes CrossFit accessible no matter where you start. He has helped me gain confidence and strength. Today, I hit a PR. He was attentive, giving me the rights cues and feedback to reach my goal. It was not easy, but it feels so great to reach a PR. I’m so thankful for Coach Chris and Broadwing. You learn, you grow, and become a better version of yourself.
My class with Chris was awesome!!! I haven't been to a gym like this in a long time. Chris, and all of the staff have been super competent and encouraging through my return to be my best self. My body has already improved and my mind/emotions are getting the help they need. Great place!
In the Olympic lifting class Chris sets appropriate weights and reps for my strength, level of skill, and age. He is patient and gracious. I’ve improved a lot over the last year and he’s working with me to build shoulder strength and flexibility for the snatch.

This guy is full of positive energy, which he shares during training, along with useful and sound recommendations for your actions. He reminds me of my childhood coach, who can and will find the right approach. I recommend trying his training sessions.

Pushing past the mental block of thinking that I can’t do a skill and actually doing it was the highlight of today's workout at CrossFit Broadwing. There was a moment when I doubted myself, convinced the jump rope skill was beyond my ability, but coach Daniel pushed me to try the skills I had convinced myself I couldn’t do. He broke down the technique step-by-step, patiently guiding me through each phase and offering encouragement. Feeling that shift - from hesitation to confidence - was incredible. The workout itself was demanding, with a mix of strength and agility exercises that kept me focused, but the real win was overcoming that mental barrier. It left me energized and proud, reminding me why this gym is the place to push limits and surprise yourself.
This was my first class back after a 3.5 year hiatus. It felt good to be back at CrossFit. Greg is a great coach. He was thurough in his explanations and demonstrations and he watched my form and gave helpful pointers.

Coach Colette was very welcoming and encouraging. I’ve never really enjoyed working out, but by the end of the class I was challenged and encouraged. Everyone was so patient in trying to help me learn the proper form for the workout and I enjoyed the class.

Today’s class was awesome! I’m currently 11 weeks post-op from a fully ruptured Achilles, and Coach Chris did an outstanding job tailoring the workout to both challenge me and support my recovery. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure every movement was safe and effective for where I am in my rehab. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and encouragement throughout the class. Thank you, Coach Chris, for helping me stay motivated and confident during my comeback!
Coach Colette always brings the energy and is chipper in the mornings which makes the 5am class fun and energizing. I tend to just do things how I’ve always done them and she has a keen eye to always be improving in the small things which helps correct form. I realized from a pointer I overextend at the top of my deadlifts today from a pointer she gave me 🤝🏽

Coach Chris is an outstanding coach, he takes the time with every individual regardless of their skill level or experience. Chris easily makes everyone feel welcome and expresses a positive attitude. After today’s class, Chris took a few extra minutes to share some mobility movements with me to help improve my range of motion. Looking forward to the next class!

I started my membership here about two weeks ago. Coach Colette has been an amazing teacher. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I want to challenge myself and want to do the workout correctly. Aside from that, I’m an anxious person and Coach Colette has been VERY patient with me. She makes modifications for me as I’m new to Crossfit. I have done classes with Coach Chris and Daniel, and they are also very patient and encouraging. Overall, CrossFit broadwing has been welcoming and empathetic to me.

Coach Colette was amazing! I have put this off for a while and even the drive there I contemplated turning around. I knew it was going to be difficult but she made sure I was comfortable with the exercises, checked in on me and I as just overall super supportive. Colette is an awesome coach. She points out your mistakes and keeps you focused on doing the exercise correctly. To tell the truth, all coaches at Broadwing are top notched coaches.

Awesome as always!! The wealth of knowledge and dedication I receive from the coaches is invaluable. They don’t “throw you to the wolves” They put a good deal of effort in teaching and making sure I didn’t hurt myself. Correcting my form in a tactful manner only when needed. Each of the coaches have different strengths so it was nice being able to work with each one. I really feel they serve the community. I’m sincerely glad to have their services!
