Had an amazing workout, and everyone was very welcoming! I have been crossfitting for 6 years in St. Louis, and it was so amazing to workout at another box. …even talked Coach Spencer into doing some handstands with me! Nothing like being upside down in a high altitude state.

Dan was great. I'm 72 yo and this was my first Crossfit experience- a bit of an eye opener for me as to how relatively simple activities can build up and fatigue you. Appreciate the tiered workout approach and help with proper form and encouragement. Will definitely be back for more

CrossFit Breckenridge is where my legs go to die—but somehow, I keep coming back. Dan’s coaching is straightforward and relentless in all the best ways! 10/10 would let him yell at me to fix my terrible push-up form again!
