Sabrina is excellent at managing and coaching a diverse group of 60+ age individuals. She quickly adapts and scales workouts aligned with the needs and limitations of each person. She always exhibits a positive attitude and is passionate about CrossFit which in turn makes the class fun for everyone. Sabrina also has a keen awareness of our abilities and knows just how much to push above each person’s comfort zone.
Nathan does a great job in making sure I get my mechanics correct on my lifts and gave helpful advice on how to correct. He cares how well his people do in their training.

Nathan did a wonderful job coaching me throughout the class. He was attentive to my form and helped me adjust as needed. He made sure to explain the proper technique for each exercise before we started. He was very supportive during the session and keeps you motivated to accomplish the goals. He also is very supportive after the workout and continues to compliment you and motivate you to keep striving towards your goals.

He’s easy to work with, always encouraging, and has made the transition into a new fitness routine smooth and enjoyable. What stands out most is his dedication to each individual’s wellness journey. He took the time to understand my personal goals and created a clear, achievable plan to help me reach them. From day one, I felt welcomed into his gym. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the class members are friendly and supportive, which adds to the positive environment. I’m very happy with my decision to join, and I highly recommend working with Coach Nathan to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
Today’s Waypoint Training Co. class was absolutely awesome and seriously challenging—in the best way possible! This session was a milestone for me as I completed my very first Rx workout, and I couldn’t be more proud. The warmup was perfectly structured to get our bodies loose and primed for what was ahead. Coach Nathan was incredible—he brought non-stop energy, encouragement, and sharp coaching throughout the class. Even when my mind was doubting if I could finish, Coach Nathan believed in me and pushed me forward, reminding me I could do it—and I did! The workout was intense but really fun. Coach Nathan didn’t just motivate us; he paid close attention to form, helping us engage the right muscles and correct our posture, making sure we were safe and effective in every movement. To top it off, I got introduced to the GHD bench at the end. That was a beast! We were supposed to do 30 reps, and I managed to do 2 (somewhat correctly)—but now I’m fired up and on a mission to conquer the GHDs! Overall, this class was an empowering experience. Big thanks to Coach Nathan for his support and expert coaching. I can’t wait to come back and crush more goals!

Nathan is such a great coach! I love how he breaks down the workout into bits that I can easily understand, and offers many scaling options so that anybody can achieve success. CrossFit has helped me with my arthritis and made stronger, fitter, and able to continue to do the things I love. Plus, my workout buddies are the best!

Great Gym! I dropped in from Indianapolis on work. I travel quite a bit and drop in quite a bit to different boxes. This is one of the best gyms I’ve visited. Large space, great equipment, open and welcoming culture, knowledgeable and hospitable coaches. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Branson area.
Great experience, Excellent warm up and engagement. It's nice to have someone give you tips, even to an experienced fitness person, it's wonderful to have form tips and reminders.
Nathan is always energetic, personable, and so knowledgeable about fitness and the body. He helps push you while making the workout approachable.

This CrossFit facility is super clean and well-maintained—I wish we had one like this in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! Had an amazing workout today. Coach Nathan was incredibly friendly, and the gym members were so welcoming!
Nathan is an excellent coach he is very mindful and conscious of my previous military injuries therefore he alters some of the exercises for me, but yet they are still effective. There is a great sense of community at CrossFit Branson. The other gym members are also helpful with positive attitudes and teamwork mindset. I highly recommend Branson CrossFit to anyone who is wanting a different experience over a traditional gym. I really can't express enough The professional knowledge and training that Nathan provides. I really do feel like Nathan truly cares about my physical health mental health, and wants to provide a safe effective workout on top of great sense of community and friendship.

We also especially appreciated the time you took took to warm us up and prep us for the wall walks (one of those movements we both feel challenged at - let alone at 0530 when the joints are still creaky). As a coach I loved how you explained some of the nuances of the wall walks and the progressions you took us through. Thanks also for your encouragement in the workout. I always hear that voice of push and cheer and it helps me personally. Your love for the sport and the people you’re coaching was evident. - the NH connection was a fun one to make too! 😊

Sabrina always creates a welcoming and fun environment. Our workout classes are filled with laughter alongside plenty of encouragement through each workout. She knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and supported, no matter their fitness level. I always leave feeling energized and motivated to come back!
