Rob always provides me with feedback that’s actionable and easy to implement in the moment. During today’s WOD at CrossFit Attain, he carefully watched my form on the cleans and immediately suggested a small adjustment to my stance that made the movement feel smoother and more grounded. He makes each WOD an opportunity to learn new skills while keeping the energy light and fun, I never feel like I’m just grinding through reps. I’m genuinely thrilled with my progress since joining - lifting heavier, moving with better technique, and enjoying every session.

Steph is a tenured coach and it’s obvious from her professionalism, concise yet effective communication and the care/patience to teach & cue the class and individuals. For me, she’s paid attention to my technique in a broad range of movements from row to wall balls, lifts and everything in between. Her cuing isn’t only so spot on, it’s memorable and actionable. On top of that, next class she remembers the cues and will comment and/or adapt the same technique for continuous improvement! I have broken my personal bests at Attain after ~5 years of no improvement because of the quality coaching and detailed programming. Thank you!
Robert is a great trainer, very knowledgeable, and always giving constructive feedback that helps you progress steadily. Robert pays close attention to your form during every exercise, making sure you’re doing movements correctly and offers clear tips on how to improve each time. Workouts are always fun and challenging. The gym itself, CrossFit Attain, has an awesome atmosphere - clean, well-equipped, and organised. What really stands out is the great community; everyone is supportive and encouraging, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. It’s the kind of place where you feel motivated to show up and push yourself because you know you’re surrounded by people who genuinely care about your progress.
What did you accomplish today? As for my first ever crossfit training it was great I feel great about having to complete the circuit with good results. Robert was great and kind enough to push me through the first ever class with light weights and told me its not going to be easy which is what I wanted to hear and motivate me to get going. Cheers

Coach Cari was great! She explained the workout, watched the clock like a hawk. Stayed engaged and provided feedback that made sense throughout the workout.

I’ve done CrossFit in various gyms in Spain, NYC, and Boston - and this gym out performs them all. Every workout is carefully planned to include thoughtful mobility as part of the warm up, the coaching is constant, we’re constantly doing new things, cool down stretching is programmed, and the workouts make you stronger & faster without overtaxing your body. Additionally, unlike a huge box with 20-30 people in class, the class typically has 8-10 people, which ensures you get coaching & attention in every class. It’s a great crew with good people and owners who have competed in the games, but also know how to coach you, so you improve regardless of your abilities. If this gym isn’t in your radar, it should be!

I'm a mom with a young kid at home, and have negative free time. But what I get, I love spending here. I always leave feeling like I've learned, got an outstanding workout tailored to where I am in my fitness journey, and been around friendly and awesome people. Do yourself a favor - check out this class and have some fun while getting fit.
Love the coaches and the studio overall! I especially appreciated the detailed instructions and checking up on folks to make sure technique is done correctly — this is what makes the studio stand out imo. As a newbie to cf, there are lots I haven’t been exposed to in the past, so a class orientation (read timer, tracking, app etc) would be super helpful. Overall people are kind and team oriented. General Suggestion: use a small mic or speak much louder if possible as it can be difficult to hear for folks in the back. Thank you!

Robert does a great job of assessing what each member's needs are in class, and tailoring his coaching to each individual. I like a good challenge-- but I also feel good knowing that if and when I'm pushing myself too hard, Rob knows when to tell me to scale it back or modify an exercise.
Rob was awesome. Made sure my form was right, he was encouraging, and allowed me to go at my own pace, which was so important, especially as a first timer. Rob and everyone was super welcoming. The workout was challenging and I can’t wait to do more.
Coach Alayna went through all the movements in details, and corrected me on my deadlift position. She also made the class pretty easy to follow, starting and finishing in time. Excellent! I’ll be back!

Rob helped me today with an alternate exercise in the WOD because I had an injury. He made sure that intensity of the alternate exercise would be similar to the regular workout without affecting the area of my body that was limited. I also appreciated that he took the time to set up extra equipment and to show me the correct way to perform the alternate exercise. He's been very accommodating with my injury so that I can still get a good workout every time I'm at the gym.
Coach Steph is and incredibly enthusiastic and attentive coach. I’m beginner and Steph modified and scaled the workout for me. I had a great time dropping in. I can’t wait to do it again!

Rob’s coaching is great as always. He always find ways to make the warmups interesting and fun. I’m constantly learning new ways to warm up and target specific muscles that I’ve never been able to target in the past. Additionally as I rehab an injury his scaling options are always exciting and challenging in their own way. It’s always a fun class when Rob is coaching!
Dropped in for a class while on vacation visiting family. The facility and equipment are new and clean. The members were friendly and coaches David and Robert were informative, encouraging and friendly. The workout was well programmed and fun. If you are in the area go by and check out CrossFit Attain.

Rob was excellent today. I’m an affiliate owner just passing thru and so I dropped in. Rob was welcoming from the moment I reached out. When I arrived it was clear that he had a plan for today’s warmup. Workout. And cashout. I received individual coaching from him during each part of the workout. The members were friendly & welcoming. He ran an excellent class and I would definitely recommend this gym for locals or anyone dropping in

Alayna’s class was great. She is very engaging, explains everything clearly and pays attention to each person’s needs, giving advice and encouragement.
I’ve done only open gym so far. The space is great. I love the easy interaction with the owners. And the fact they have the flexibility to do open gym, even during off class time, it’s so convenient for my schedule. I’ll try to attend a class and meet other members. Today I met Warren, another member doing open gym too. He was so helpful too.
Rob was thorough with his feedback about squat positioning which helped a lot. He was very welcoming and didn’t feel like it was my first day at Attain.
David’s fun energy and calm, yet supportive, demeanor made for a great class. It’s clear he has a solid background both from a technical and coaching perspective. He was cognizant of each athlete’s individual abilities, even for athletes who were new to him. He provided cues and encouragement when needed. Can’t wait for my next class with him!
I feel like I repeat myself too often. Bu, here’s the thing: I’m reminded of it constantly. I started CrossFit in 2014 and have not stopped. I have some knowledge of it. However, each time I work with Rob, I learn something new. Often, it’s something basic (foot position, etc.) but sometimes it’s a game changer. His approach is perfect. No wonder Attain is doing so well.

Rob is very clear with his instructions in the class he coached. He got his clients started with stretches before and after the class. He showed the moments for the workouts and reminded his clients to switch weights if needed and he also provided suggestions for modifications for each moments. It was a really fun class!

It was great attending Tuesday’s class during the open house this week. I appreciated Robert asking if I had any injuries or need for any accommodations before starting the class. The facility is very nice, clean, organized, with high quality equipment. The big screen with the workouts for the day is a wonderful touch as I usually have a hard time reading workouts on whiteboards. Robert’s attentiveness with me and other individuals in the class was impressive. Robert continuously walked around and provided a great combination of encouragement and constructive tips during the workouts. Although I come from a gym that leverages CrossFit elements, we don’t tally our scores the same way. A quick pulse check to ask future new members if they need an overview of how to tally their score for a workout wouldn’t hurt :). The members I met in the 5pm class were kind and encouraging. I really enjoyed the vibe and felt very welcome as a guest this week. Thank you!
Steph’s coaching is excellent I always get at least one or two cues that immediately improve my movement. It can be difficult to adjust when you have been doing things incorrectly for years but Steph recognizes that and works with me.

I didn’t come in for a class, but dropped in to complete my weightlifting programming while on vacation. The gym was clean and beautiful and Rob was really kind showing me around!
Programming- Great. Love the cycle and feel like I had a tough workout. Love the room to move the scale on the difficulty and the communication to get the right stimulus/be pushed. Pace - good despite the larger than normal class. I always like to move a bit faster but felt engaged and working the whole time. Good vibes all around

I came in for a drop in today and was absolutely amazed at Steph’s expertise and attention to detail. As someone who suffered from injuries and joint problems she was incredibly attentive and accommodating making sure i not only was lifting safely and currently, but having a fantastic workout. Her hands on coaching and encouraging personality is empowering to all skill levels. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience and i recommend anyone considering trying CrossFit Attain to try it

First class / drop in. Beautiful new/clean space. When I arrived Rob was there to greet me / we talked about goals. I liked the smaller class which allows more personal guidance. The workout was perfect. Great warm up - explanation of how the class would run / each movement. Very nice group Of people. I’ll be back!

Dropped into Steph’s CrossFit class this week and had a great experience! She ran a very efficient class and gave some great tips and cues on movements I’ve been doing for years. The gym space is immaculate - very well laid out and clean. Check them out if you’re in the Woburn area!

First class in the new box after a 3 year CrossFit hiatus. Rob took the time to ask what my fitness goals are, and how they’ll weave into my daily grind. Kept me on track and moving during the WOD. Made sure I didn’t blow up by adjusting the scale to make sure I made it to the end of the AMRAP. Rob is the kind of coach that supports you, but also keeps you honest, making sure you’ll get the most out of work you put in.
Class was awesome! There were only 2 attendees so it was basically a 1:1 coaching session with Rob! He was great - very attentive to form and patient. The workout was great too - well paced and a good balance of warmup, workup, and cooldown.
Rob was attentive to all class athletes and gave good corrections. I enjoyed doing a tough workout while feeling motivated.
Rob did a great job scaling the workout and giving me tips on my rowing form. I had also never tried the mobilization stretch for my shoulders and that was dope.

Robert is clearly very knowledgeable coach, warm-up was the perfect primer, workout was fun, facility is small but well equipment and looks fantastic. Had a little trouble hearing during the whiteboard talk but overall great class, definitely will be back!
