Coach Colin was amazing! He is highly supportive and motivating! Each workout was so much fun and felt rewarding after each session. I felt joy again after going so long without working out. This was my first time at this gym, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Nolan was great. I’ve always had pain in joints when I do pull-ups but he was able to cue me in a way that took some pressure off of my joints. He was able to do it concisely so I didn’t get in my head about it too!
Josyel is always energetic and encouraging. She explains each station thoroughly, but is patient when I ask questions or ask for modifications. She reminds us to keep going and not give up!
Nolan did amazing. All the coaches are amazing with my ankle issue that I have each and every one of them modifies the workouts for me perfectly. And that is what I like.
Dani is a great coach and dj lol always keeping tabs on the class and giving you pointers.

Colin was Awesome and motivating! I felt great to hear that I was able to do the Snatch properly for the very first time. I feel more motivated to continue on the Crossfit or X4 sessions.
Nolan always does a great job walking around the class during lifts to ensure he can help where needed. He personally helped me pivot today when a movement in the workout wouldn’t work for me due to injury.

Coach Colin did a great job!! Snatches can be quite technical and getting the form right isn’t always easy. Coach explains the technique, demonstrates it and takes us thru a progression so we better understand it. Thanks Colin!

Really enjoyed class with Nolan today! He offered great scaling options for the Metcon and class moved smoothly under his lead.
Coach Colin has a great balance of pushing you to your limits while keeping the vibe positive and encouraging. He knows exactly when to challenge you and when to throw in a little motivation to keep you going. Going to class has also been a lifesaver during the winter months—no need to brave the cold when you can get an intense workout indoors. It's tough, but in the best way. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place with coaches like Colin and the rest of the Arioch crew to help you get results without making it feel impossible!

I’m not going to lie I hated Tuesday classes when I first started because they are usually intense cardio days but Colin makes the class fun. He encourages us to try heavier weights and reminds us to give our all on the cardio machines
Greg goes into great detail on demonstrating each movement and progression that is required for the class. He takes time to make sure each member is feeling confident with the movement or scale options and gives great positive reinforcement during the workouts to keep you motivated!

Saturday partner workouts are a great change of pace for variety and a great start to the weekend! Colin clearly explained the workout and provided any necessary scaling to those who needed it! Class was a lot of fun!

This is especially meaningful as I work through limitations from a surgery as well as my individual capabilities. He pays attention to where I am at and the personal touch is why I love this gym and my classes.

The class was a fun Saturday class for sure. As someone who has done CrossFit since 2015 I enjoyed it. The biggest thing I could see would be to make sure someone or something is there to greet new members/drop ins. We felt a bit lost when getting in initially until we asked for help.
Great class, very informative yet works at a fast pace so never waiting around or losing momentum!

Her amazing, beautiful, genuine, loving soul and overall existence shows in each and every class as she teaches and celebrates our achievements! Stefanie is super down to earth and fantastic to ask questions on form and technique. Classes always run super smooth. And although the coaches aren’t DJs, she plays George Michael which means she is a superior being.
It was my first day back in CrossFit. I did CrossFit years ago. But I didn’t know what to expect and she made me feel welcomed and explained the workout to me. It was a great experience! I will go back during the week for sure!

Arioch is my home away from home. I visit about twice a year and the coaches are always great. Daniela got me across the finish line in today’s workout. Always great to see this gym flourish.
Whether it’s personal training or classes, coach Jesse is always positive, upbeat and happy to help - especially when it comes to giving pointers on good form and technique! Oh and his jams are always on point too, especially during the 5:30am classes! Really gets your day going!

Well if I look at it from the perspective of I never want to be that close to passing out you would get a 1. But honestly I am better than I was before the class and it was a win for me. So yes you would get a 5. Love the encouragement!

Class was great and atmosphere was upbeat. The only thing I would suggest is to have modified workouts shown for new clients. It’s fast paced and you have to be a coordinated person to be able to keep up and get a good quality workout.

Coach Greg is the best! I appreciate his meticulous focus on form. He’s always there to lend support and encouragement. I’m able to tailor my workouts allowing myself to be challenged but to have an achievable goal!

Greg is an amazing coach, he really knows his stuff and will break down movements for any skill level and set you on a plan to improve all the pieces that make up your fitness like your strength, mobility, balance and endurance. He is a gifted trainer, he knows how to improve and pushes you to do so. I can’t speak highly enough about coach Greg.
Greg is always amazing! He goes through the movements very clearly and highlights potential mistakes that people make so you know exactly what to look out for. He always has modifications available if needed too. Great class as always!
I really like when Jesse coaches the class. He’s very informative and helpful. He gives great tips and is aware of each member's abilities and injuries. He is also extremely encouraging and energetic.

Colin is an excellent coach! He is very knowledgeable and his passion for CrossFit is contagious. He takes the time to understand his athletes and their skills. Even on the days when I lack motivation or energy, he encourages me to push myself. I am always pleased with my with daily achievements when Colin is coaching.

Greg , did great as always. He went over all the movements with the most efficient ways to do the back squats , front squats and thrusters in each 5 minute amrap and choosing the correct weights for each one. When Greg coach’s, I feel I am always able to take away a tip or a point that helps me personally.

I love that Colin goes through progressions of the movements of the day. He always gives pointers on how to improve my movements and helped my get my first double unders. He also does a great job in making sure everyone does the movement correctly and safely. He knows how to push everyone and encourages them to keep going during tough workouts. Colin is careful to speak to everyone during the workout session. He administers corrections, pro tips and kudos regularly and provides a fun exercise progression. I might call him on his music playlist tho! Lol

But aside from that, Coach Colin is one I would trust to ask a million questions on forms, techniques and ways I can improve as an athlete overall. The 5 o'clock class coach was great he was very clear and spoke loud and explained everything very good had his eyes on everyone and correct who needed help told everyone it's about doing it perfect not sloopy also work slow and you will get it done fast I will remember the thi gs he said and to me that's a good coach 👍

Colin is the best! He always gives me pointers on my form and technique, He encourages me to go harder/ lift heavier when I don't believe in myself and am being a baby and he gets after me when I need to take weights off and stop Ego lifting. Having a great coach is what makes CrossFit safe and fun!

Mark was very professional and great at communicating every step and every exercise. He checked if I was doing ok and if I needed help he helped. Today was my first time and I want to come tomorrow and sign in and commit to the membership. Super thankful.
