Good warm up relevant to the main workout (rowing), and the rowing was tough and exhausting but Mikaela is always right there encouraging you. She watches your form closely to help make sure you’re doing the workouts safely and effectively. If a modification is needed, she provides it so you don’t feel like you’re missing anything.

I love how involved and aware Mikaela is during class. She’s continuously walking throughout the gym and suggesting tips and reminders to correct our form and encourage us.
