Great excellent very motivating
Matt always finds the right alternative movement or scaling suggestion for those of us who can’t properly perform the RX movements. That is especially helpful for those of us who are older, just beginning , or returning after an extended absence.
Anyone who loves a challenge and for every day to be a bit different should join us at CrossFit. Matt’s awesome. The people are awesome. I actually look forward to going and hate missing.

First CrossFit class today and it was awesome. Coach Matt was super encouraging, took time to explain everything, and made sure I felt comfortable with the movements. Great energy, clear instruction, and really supportive for beginners!

Matt is a fantastic coach. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with progressions of many lifts and skills. If you are looking for a trainer he’s the guy to come see. At CrossFit Adversis it’s all about encouragement and community. If I could describe CrossFit Adversis with one word it would be Community! Just show up for the Workout and we will all be there cheering for you. Including Matt!

I amazingly ran the 200 9X today, didn’t think I could it, but the workout gave me time to catch my breath in between runs. Also did a 20” box jump over a few times. Been about 5 years since I was doing that. Good day at the Adversis gym !!!

I’ve never been one to enjoy working out. I get overwhelmed and overthink what I should or shouldn’t do when I go to the gym. I would push too much and hurt myself and then stop going. CrossFit has definitely been great for me because someone sets the plan for the day, explains/demonstrates the exercises, tells me alternatives I can do if I need something adapted to my skills, and helps with correcting my form if needed! I’m so glad I pushed past all my misconceptions about CrossFit and decided to join!

Awesome! I loved that we can modify workouts if need be, especially for beginners like myself or replace a workout with another. The explanation, reassurance, and ease of conversation helps. I really enjoyed my first session! I don't have any critiques because I was really comfortable there despite being new and thought you did well with making sure to help everyone!
Matt does a great job making sure all the athletes know what they will be doing in the workout. Answers all the questions and keeps a close eye on everyone during the workout to make sure their form is good and is prepared to help the athlete in any way if they need to change something during workout.

Matt was great at welcoming me and my friend to class! He took time to explain the exercises & what our session was going to look like that day. He made sure we had proper form so we wouldn’t injury ourselves. Overall the class was great and I would definitely go back!

I’ve only attended class three times so far, but they were all great —working different muscles in different ways every time. Plus, even though it’s a group class, everyone’s movements are personalized so that they get the best workout at their own level. There’s also a great sense of community —with everyone supporting each other & really seeming to enjoy the time there together. I’m really enjoying this gym/program so far!
I give Matt a 5. Longevity people mixed in with regular Cross fitters. Not really a longevity class. Matt gave an adequate demonstration of the skill, timed just right. Necessary Adjustments to workout made for those who couldn’t perform more skilled movements. Everyone worked at their own pace. Matt was present to give individual help to those who needed it. Fun workout!

I have always avoided working out and sweating at all costs… but after turning thirty and my husband and I wanting a life change we decided to join Matt’s & Megan’s gym. Cannot believe how much we have enjoyed it. Matt is so good about TEACHING us, and guiding people of all ages in making adjustments in their form that make a world of difference. I came in very intimidated and very quickly was put at ease. I’m excited to keep going and see more progress as time goes on!
