Jenna made it really convenient to workout on Zoom as a first timer. I enjoyed having modifications for each excersice so if you started to get fatigued you could just modify down
Have been enjoying the program so far and look forward to the in-person sessions each week! The at home workouts feel doable with limited equipment. It feels good to check the workouts off each day. I appreciate the videos in the app. I think new members would benefit from some basic instruction on how to use the app and communicate with coaches so they know what to expect. Looking forward to joining a group class one day soon!

So amazing. I felt so supported and in good hands. I was nervous and she made me feel so comfortable.
Kaye was attentive to everyone in class as she provided excellent instructions demonstrating various levels for each exercise. She is very caring so I always feel comfortable and safe as she guides the class and me individually through the exercises. I’m very impressed by her knowledge and skills as a fitness trainer for women of all ages.

I love the size of the class and the personal attention to helping correct bad habits when you exercise. She has a lot of great tips and a wealth of knowledge so I am really enjoying it. She’s great!! And so are her coworkers.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Strength and Stability 60 + class that Kaye taught this morning. Her instructions were well done and very helpful in assisting one to do the exercises correctly. She makes sure that each participant can adjust the exercise to their needs such as an injury. Her directions are clear and concise and you understand the purpose and end result. The exercises were very good and appropriate to the age level of the participants . I left feeling very good and looking forward to the next class! Kaye makes the class very enjoyable!
I’m so grateful for the encouragement, support, and accountability I receive from personal training with Kaye. This summer was the first time I have been consistent in my workouts during the summer. I’m amazed by the strength I have gain in just the last four months and how it not only effects my workouts but my overall health and wellness in my day to day life.

Today was my first ever class at Core Love, and the first organized work out I’ve done in quite some time. Shannon was very welcoming, and made it so that my first class was not at all intimidating. The workout was challenging, and kicked my butt in a good way. I am excited for my next class.

I felt so supported and welcome at the class today. My son wasn’t thrilled off the bat but Shannon helped me so that I could get some reps in and ensured I felt comfortable dispute his crying. He calmed and we were able to make it through the class just fine. I’m grateful there is a place I can go with him that feels so welcoming.

Shannon is my favorite coach! She's so relaxed and inclusive, but still motivating and encourages me to challenge myself. She's always willing to listen and helps me to practice patience with myself, especially through the challenges of my twin pregnancy and now postpartum.

Andrea helps me push through 4 rounds of hard exercises while having nice chats. Her class flies by and sometimes I don't even realize how hard I worked out.
I am healing from putting my back out. Kaye provided lots of custom options so I wouldn’t further injury myself. It was great to be able to get movement and some light strength training in even with a weak back.

Shannon is always super upbeat and positive. She really cares about everyone she coaches, both in a class setting and one-on-one. She remembers everyone’s goals, strengths, and weaknesses and gives personal feedback regularly in group settings, which is not easy!
Shannon is awesome at setting a good pace for check-in’s and warm ups, I appreciate her modifications offered and cues to feel stronger in the exercises! She’s always checking in on form and interested in what’s going on with the class :-)

Jenna is juggling all of the things during full music and muscles classes and she does it with a smile! She’s so sweet with my kids while still making me feel cared for and supported even when things can get chaotic.
