Steve is a really motivating and fun coach!!! He is very helpful with his clear directions and giving examples of how to complete the exercises! I find this really helpful since I’m new at CrossFit for only 5 months. I absolutely love this gym because Steve and the all the other coaches are really inspirational and supportive along my health journey and give great advice! It’s really turned my life around because I’ve lost 21lbs so far, know how to eat better with suggestions from my nutritionist, and learn how to feel more positive about myself. Thank you so much for all your help and guidance!
Judy L was my Pilates teacher today and she did great. Good workout and she focuses on an area and builds from there during the hour. Her name isn’t in the coach list so could not select her.

Great class today, loved using the Cadillac - it added a whole new dimension to the workout with its unique movements and resistance. Your instructions were perfect, especially guiding us through the magician exercise. You clearly broke down each step, making it easier to follow while keeping the pace engaging. I appreciated how you highlighted the key points to focus on, which helped me maintain form and really feel the stretch and control. I’m looking forward to Saturday’s class at Core Fitness and trying out more of these challenging, yet rewarding exercises.

I love Abby’s Power Pump class because we do series of exercises with dumbbells , working out specific muscles on our legs, arms and abs. The class has structure and timed intervals so we can really push ourselves to do the repetitions needed. It’s a fun and hard class. I always feel good after we are done. She is awesome!!! ☺️
The classes are always fun and challenging in the good way and CrossFit can improve your overall health, fitness and performance! You can choose your pace and weights accordingly with you fitness levels and goals

My trainer Judy was excellent! She is not listed in the dropdown box to add for her profile! She is encouraging, supportive, and is always upbeat with positive reinforcement.
I had a fantastic experience at Core Fitness with Donnie, Shannon, Erin and the rest of the coaches there. I've been going there for awhile now and it's my favorite gym in the Myrtle Beach area. The options that you have are truly endless - from traditional gym access with free weights and machines, from cardio equipment to CrossFit to cycling and spin to Pilates or TRX. You really have endless options. On top of that, they are very knowledgeable about nutrition and how to get the results that you want. If you're looking to make a change in your life and looking to improve your health and wellness, this is the place you should be going to.
Autumn is an amazing human & coach! She gives positive reinforcement, great tips and helps you improve your technique. Classes run on time and smooth!
Edgar's zumba class is my favorite class at the gym. The class feels less like a workout and more like a dance party where everyone—no matter their level—shows up ready to move, sweat, and smile. The music is always upbeat, the choreography is easy to follow yet exciting, and the whole room feels alive from start to finish. Edgar's enthusiasm is contagious—by the end of the first song, you forget you’re exercising and just feel happy. He has this rare mix of charisma, skill, and warmth that makes every class feel welcoming. He hypes you up without ever making you feel pressured, and somehow knows exactly when to push you and when to let you just enjoy the rhythm. I love his zumba class.

David, you never disappoint. He always takes the time to notice how I’m doing during each exercise, whether it’s adjusting my form on the squats or encouraging me to push through the last set of lunges. The energy from all you guys at Core Fitness is awesome - it makes the workouts feel more motivating and less like a chore. I leave every session feeling stronger and more confident in what I can do. Core Fitness really stands out because of how attentive and supportive the team is throughout every workout.
Searched for months for good cycling classes in Myrtle Beach. I’m used to high energy, challenging classes! Finally found them at CORE fitness! The classes are fantastic.

Gym has an awesome set-up that really caters to different training styles. I used open gym and appreciated being able to move seamlessly between the CrossFit area and the weightlifting side, which each have well-maintained equipment and plenty of space to work out without feeling crowded. The layout makes it easy to switch up your routine and keeps the energy fresh throughout the session. The owners are very friendly - they made me feel welcome right away and checked in during my workout to see if I needed anything or had questions. Their approach creates a relaxed but motivating atmosphere that makes coming to Core Fitness enjoyable. If ever in the area again, I’ll be coming back without hesitation.

Shannon is great. She's attentive and takes the time to make sure you're form is correct and gives great alternatives to scale workouts that really fit your personal fitness level if you cannot perform the prescribed movements.

Judy is one of the best coaches I’ve ever experienced. I am a retired group x instructor myself, I’ve traveled a ton and experienced MANY instructors. Judy’s class is always formatted in a fun but effective way every time. But most of all she is keenly aware of EVERYONE in class and makes sure their needs are met. She does this in subtle way so no one ever feels self conscious but instead builds confidence.
I am vacationing in Myrtle Beach and I was beyond thrilled to see I could purchase individual classes without having a membership. Victoria was an amazing instructor. The class size was smaller so you could really get individualized instruction.

It was my first class, and first time doing CrossFit. Donnie was awesome. He took the time to make modifications, go over the movements and to ensure the proper form was being executed. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend taking his class!

I really appreciated Erin's class today. She has been changing up the class content more lately which we appreciate. She also offers options for those who have injuries or limitations. She explains how to do the exercises and the benefits of that exercise. We feel the more detail the better. One area which might help us more is if Erin would sometimes stop doing the exercise herself and give us feedback on our performance. We would like to improve and be sure that we are doing the exercise correctly. Overall, Erin's class is getting better all the time. We look forward to the next class!

Core is by one of those places that make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Doesn’t matter your fitness level. The coaches and staff go well beyond the norm to ensure your fitness is a priority. If you’ve never been to Core, I encourage you to try it.

Edgar is the best! He is so motivating and such an excellent instructor! I just love this class so much and Edgar is the best Zumba instructor I’ve ever had. It is such a great workout and you really work up a sweat. An hour goes by so fast, I don’t want it to end! What a nice addition to my other workouts and I’ve met such nice ladies. Thank you Edgar! I’ll be a regular for sure.
