We recently started the mayhem workouts which I am loving and today’s class was a mayhem workout. Suze took the time to explain and demonstrate the workout and we each tried the different moves before the class started. This is very helpful because once the class starts it go go go. I enjoy coming to CCF. Suze is lovely and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Today was my first day. I was given such a lovely warm welcome by Susannah and the other ladies in the class. Susannah was careful to monitor my performance throughout the class, giving me lots of encouragement and adapting the weights to help ensure I could complete the class. This was exactly what I was hoping for. I left feeling exhausted, exhilarated and exited to return on Tuesday for my next class. Thank you 🙏

I really enjoyed the session this morning. I've been going to Claydon CrossFit for the last 3-4 months now, and it has given me a clear routine and structure to my training that I didn’t have before. Because of this, I now feel confident that I can achieve my goals. This is mainly due to the fantastic coaches who pay close attention to your form and technique, offering precise advice to help you improve. They also motivate you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone in a way that feels challenging but doable. On top of that, Claydon CrossFit has an amazing member community that makes every session feel social and motivating. The energy from everyone working hard together really stands out and makes the experience something I look forward to each time.

Claydon CrossFit is such a friendly environment. The workouts can be challenging but are fun at the same time. I learn new skills each time I do a workout. Everyone is so friendly and the coaches are amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Joining in the classes at Claydon CrossFit brings a real feel-good factor from the moment you step through the door. The coaching is professional and focused, yet there’s some fun banter at times that lightens the mood without distracting from the workout. I’ve learnt so much from the coaches - the way they carefully guide you through each movement, correcting form when needed and suggesting modifications to suit your level. This personal attention has helped me steadily improve my fitness, building strength and endurance I didn’t think I had. What I really love is that the classes are designed for all abilities, so everyone can take part at their own pace. Even being in the higher age bracket, I never feel out of place or left behind. The atmosphere is welcoming; it’s clear this is a wonderful community where people encourage each other, celebrate progress, and share a genuine sense of camaraderie. If you’re looking for a gym where you can grow, learn, and feel part of something motivating, I highly recommend this wonderful community at Claydon CrossFit.
A really great class today. Lots of variations for the different abilities in the class. Craig's support and encouragement makes all the difference. Everyone left exhausted.. in the best possible way! 😁
I have been here just over a year now, wanted to learn something new and have really found a passion for CrossFit. There’s excellent variety through out a weeks worth of classes and so many classes on in a day. This sport is for all abilities yes you have some crazy top end athletes here but you also have a fair few 60 year olds absolutely smashing it. Keeping mobile and looking after themselves, CrossFit is for anyone
It was the welcoming community from the taster session that made me join, but it’s the coaching at Claydon CrossFit that keeps me coming back After 3 months, my technique, strength, and stamina have all come on leaps and bounds. I can now lift heavier weights with confidence it’s safe and my endurance during workouts has improved. The knowledge and feedback from Suze, as well as the other coaches, is fantastic - they don’t just shout instructions but take the time to watch your form closely, correct small mistakes, and offer clear guidance on how to improve. The combination of that detailed coaching and the supportive community makes every session something I genuinely look forward to.
Always come away buzzing from CCF sessions! A great session today to ease me back in after a few weeks away - really varied and fabulous coaching from Suze that turned ring pulls from impossible to possible! Other class members are so friendly and supportive too.
Really enjoyed my first session. The Coach was really helpful, everyone there was nice and the workout was hard but good…. The facilities are top quality and there’s plenty of parking (which can make all the difference, especially to me)… Would definitely recommend….
First time doing a CrossFit class and it was great fun! Everyone was so motivating and really helped me push myself out of my comfort zone. Will definitely be joining future classes🥰
I’ve done CrossFit a couple of times already, but suze was by far the best coach! Very approachable and makes the classes feel relaxed but pushes you as well. The atmosphere in the classes are really good and everyone is really lovely, just a really welcoming feel.

Claydon CF is such a great place to train. The sessions are always varied and properly challenging, but in the best way. The coaches are super supportive and always ready to help you push yourself, scale things when you need to, and pick up new skills. It’s a brilliant gym to be part of.
Today’s session was well structured, and you can tell the programming has been carefully thought about - not just thrown together. Each part of the workout flowed smoothly into the next, balancing strength, endurance, and technique in a way that kept me engaged the whole time without feeling overwhelmed. Craig is an excellent coach, always making sure to support and mentor members throughout the class. He pays close attention to everyone’s form, offering helpful adjustments and encouragement that make you feel confident and safe. What really stands out is how he brings a sense of humour to the lessons, which I feel is a great touch - especially for newcomers - as it breaks the ice and makes the whole experience more enjoyable and less intimidating. His positive energy and genuine care create an atmosphere at Claydon CrossFit where you want to push yourself while still having fun.

A really great gymnastics session with a variety of exercises to encourage development of toe to bar As I’m carrying an injury it was great to be able to speak with a coach who could give me an alternative exercise when needed As ever Suze was professional, fun and friendly. A joy to work with.
I found the class really challenging and just what I needed to get me back into being active. Suze was spot on and really supportive with advice on technique and good at keeping us motivated. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I joined Claydon CrossFit when it first opened and have trained there ever since. It's got such a great sense of community built by Ben and Suze. I have recently had some PT sessions with Laura to get back to classes postnatally and she has been amazing at tailoring her programming to what I need (and even got my baby to sleep so I could finish my sets!), highly highly recommend!
Attended class for a drop-in session. I was greeted by the friendliest coaches, this made me feel at ease right away. The program was made clear and I was given great feedback through both the strength portion of the class and the WOD. One of the best workouts I've had in a while!

As it was my 1st session I was apprehensive, however once there and encouraged by the trainer and group throughout the session they pushed me to the end no matter my ability! Would recommend to anyone!

I think the coaching is fantastic, I’ve tried 3 days different classes and loved every 1.
Coach was excellent, made me feel very at ease and explained everything very well. I understand you might introduce an over 65 class in the near future in which case I would definitely join crossfit. I just feel I wouldn't be able to keep up with the younger age group. Really enjoyed today though, thank you.
