The coach and class was perfect. He kept it fun, but pushed the class for results. The management is really engaging and wants results. It’s easy to tell they really care. With CrossFit being the best solution for long term physical results, it’s an easy choice for 1/5th of a normal car payment. Chagrin CrossFit will be the best investment I make for my family this year.

Great energy, encouraging, always coaching and helping
Will was great. After leading a suitable warmup, he asked each person in class how they felt after the prior workouts from the week so he would have an idea of how to work with each person throughout class. He reviewed the workout and explained in detail the intended stimulus and how to approach the workout, including scaling options if needed to fit the time domain of each round.
