Shannon is amazing as always. Even at 6am after a busy class at 5am, she’s still energetic and motivational for me. She demonstrates all the workouts making them look easy. Most importantly she keeps an eye on everyone and corrects their form if needed and encourages if it’s good.
Coach Shannon is an excellent example on how to be a trainer. it was my first day doing any Crossfit workouts and I felt nervous. At the end of our workout session, it made me confident to come back and do the work again. Made me felt motivated about how to improve and get better throughout the workouts. Gave plenty of support to not just me but also my peers around me. Enjoyable class.

I went to class on Saturday and had a really good workout. The coach explained all the movements well and spent some time going over some possible modifications. It helped because I have been having problems with shoulder pain after hanging workouts. Coach even made time to visit everyone and ask if they had a plan for the workout to make sure they had thought through all the movements.

Christ is a wonderful coach, he explains everything in detail, if am not doing it right he let me know and make corrections. And his key word is you can do it. He never gets tired correcting me, when am not doing it right. Am happy I doing CFT.

Love Shannon. She’s a great human and experienced at tuning in. She makes great recommendations that are always tailored to the athlete. Always on point for things you would expect- performance cues, technique, time management etc - but really knows her class + people. How to push and even when to tell them to hold back based on rpe and goals.

Rachelle was great, clear instruction, clear and safe movement demos. I love partner and community WODs but I would have liked more variety of movements in the workout to avoid overuse by doing the same exercises repeatedly.

Today's class was excellent. Shannon, our instructor, is highly skilled and explains each workout in detail, making it easy for us with demonstrations. The team workout was enjoyable, contributing to an overall pleasant class experience.
Classes are bigger now. It may be a good idea to use a mic when the coach is giving instructions. It was hard to hear on the side of the gym I was on. Everything else was GREAT. The work out was exactly what I needed. Oh and all of the ppl are AWESOME. I love CROSSFIT

Gaby is an awesome coach! We had a full class and not enough red bands so she got creative, split the class in half, had the first half work on bands and the other half do bikes, then have everyone switch. I love the enthusiasm and encouragement she gives to students.

Gaby's a favorite coach. She takes the time to demonstrate the WOD movements in detail, stressing on the key part/s of the movement. Even during the main part of the workout, she'll take the time to observe everyone and provide corrective feedback when needed. This has helped me greatly to improve my albeit modest skills. Add to that the fact she's one of the most supportive, motivating, friendly & fun coaches to workout with, makes my classes all the more better.
