KMac is so good at watching and coaching at a very detailed level. I do my exercises as mindfully and accurately as I can, and yet, she is always able to optimize my positioning or technique to get the most out of the exercises. I also give extra kudos to her and Catacombs for insisting on keeping class sizes manageable, so that the coaches can really watch all of us in order to prevent injury and create success. Kmac is also excellent on running a tight class from a timing standpoint. I also appreciate the variety and novelty of the exercises and how each set and subset compliments each other. This gym is brilliant and I highly recommend it to all of my friends. And it’s a compliment to all of the coaches because they are insistent upon high-quality exercise and participation. I so appreciate Catacombs!

Will was great! Very knowledgeable, encouraging, and paid attention to the class members. He saw that I was having trouble with the bar I'd chosen and loaded a new bar for me mid workout, which greatly helped my form and fatigue level. We will definitely be back to this gym!

Donnie does a great job not only herding cats at 5:30am, but giving those cats clear, thorough direction, instruction, and individual attention. I love my longevity classes with Suz. Always fun with great motivation. Tracie is an amazing coach! She helps with great warm ups that are set to get your body ready for the days workout. She also helps go through great guidance for proper form to help keep your body safe and to maximize the benefits of the workout. If you have any debilitating issues she helps figure out other ways to get equal benefits of the workout with out hi during any debilitating issues. Absolutely thrilled with the experience! Everything was exceptional from start to finish—truly a flawless 10 out of 10. She did great. Super organized and moved class through long workout. In general, I don’t think weekday members an overview of movements at whiteboard unless there is a question but I notice all coaches do it so I’m sure there is a reason for it.

Great class! Will has great energy, very approachable, and gives great tips on form for lifting. I always appreciate feedback while lifting, whether my form is on par, or if there is anything I can do to improve my form. I appreciate that Will asks what weight we are shooting for. Sometimes you need a little push, especially if things are looking smooth.
