It was a total body workout! Exactly what I needed.
Brittany has absolutely got me back on track on my workouts, and on my health journey. I have felt so weak and so unmotivated since the birth of my third child. But her classes are just unbelievable.And really motivate me to push myself harder than I would at a regular gym.

I really enjoyed today’s class! I liked how Bri checked my form and gave suggestions/corrections as needed and gave space as we went through the circuit but was always available for any questions and helped distract the babies!
Today I loved learning the dance to a new song and as always, I love that your class makes me feel a cardio burn 🔥
The only coach you can select on the drop down is Brittany, but my class was with Jules. I really enjoyed the class and found Jules did a good job of making it fun even though it was virtual. I usually would prefer an in person option for the experience but not having to travel is very convenient! I found I could see and hear clearly, so no issues understanding instructions. I appreciated the options for various levels.
Bri makes it a fun class while you get a good sweat on. Great way to start my Sunday.
Went to the baby friendly bootcamp today and the whole experience was great. I was actually able to get a workout in while my baby interacted with other babies and moms. Brittany kept an eye on the babies so that we could focus on the workout! It was a good full body circuit training! We will be back
Great energy in the class today! I love how everyone supports and encourages other participants, on top of a great sweaty workout. Thanks to the coaches for always having alternative options when I cannot do a given exercise due to injury. Love the small group workouts and personalized attention.
All of the classes at Bri Fitt Fitness are amazing!! Each session is thoughtfully structured, combining a variety of exercises that keep you engaged and challenged from start to finish. The coaches are so knowledgeable and experienced - you can tell they really know their stuff. They pay close attention to everyone in the room, noticing when form needs adjustment or when someone could benefit from a lighter or heavier weight. If modifications are needed, they give excellent suggestions that feel personalized and achievable, never one-size-fits-all. Since the class sizes are small, it often feels like you are getting a personal training session, with coaches checking in individually and offering encouragement throughout. The community aspect is the best part of all - everyone is welcoming and encouraging, creating an atmosphere where you want to keep coming back. I have been attending for over a year now and I am committed to this gym!!! It’s the best place I’ve found to push myself, improve consistently, and feel part of something positive.

I have enjoyed Brittany's dance classes at Bri Fitt Fitness for years! She is always so welcoming, greeting everyone with a warm smile that instantly makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She is so supportive, constantly encouraging us to keep going and celebrating every small victory. Her enthusiasm is contagious - it lifts the entire room and keeps the energy high throughout the class. Oh, and FUN! The way she leads the dances makes it feel more like a joyful celebration than a workout. The dances themselves are creative and varied, mixing different styles and rhythms that always keep me on my toes, literally and figuratively. Even without any dance background, I find myself learning new moves each time and enjoying the challenge of putting them together. I’m not in amazing shape, but Brittany’s approach makes it accessible - she breaks down the steps clearly and offers modifications so everyone can participate and succeed. I have a blast learning and just doing my best, feeling proud with every class. I first started her classes back in 2020 and quickly realized how great they are not just for my physical health - building strength, coordination, and stamina - but also for my mental health. After each session, I leave feeling lighter, more energized, and uplifted, like I’ve had a boost of happiness that lasts well beyond the hour. Brittany creates a space where it’s easy to forget outside stresses and focus on movement and joy, which makes all the difference. Thank you Brittany!!!
Loved the ‘return to basic’ approach. Bri guiding us one by one as needed was great and very much appreciated. One thing I like to get when training is to know where I should be feeling the stretch or the weight. It helps to make sure I tweak my movement to get the most of the training/stretch.

Bri is an awesome coach! She encourages and support your goals !! She has great techniques to make your body stronger after baby !! During the classes she helps keep your baby busier for you to get your workout done!
My coach was Mel B. Always motivated to go to her class as she pushes me out of my comfort zone and offers variations. She’s fun and offers a wide range of exercises.
I loved Anne-Marie’s strength class yesterday (Thursday). Such an intense and fun class with bands and dumbbells. I loved how we worked as partners doing the same exercise with different equipment. Anne-Marie always has such great classes that challenge and motivates. Love her as a coach!!
The workout today was TOUGH! I feel all the burn, in the best way. Beautiful weather, amazing group, encouraging environment, and super challenging workout!
Like the class. I think its more hip hop than dance class. I feel bad i can't follow and sometimes make my own steps. Overall. I would recommend the class
Fantastic. This was my first fitness test. The instructions were clear and the format was well thought out. I very much enjoyed the challenge of this workout.
Brittany is always a joy to take a class with. She is organized, attentive and is good at providing options for varying strength and fitness levels. Also so great with babies which is a huge plus.
Bri was awesome, I love the "choose your own adventure" type workouts. I can go at my own pace.
