Great gym in the West Chester/Brandywine area! I’ve worked with many CrossFit gyms and athletes and this one sticks out via its community and great scalability & thorough warm ups to feel great before/during/after each workout! Wish I lived closer to make it there more often! Highly recommend Luke and the gym for any functional fitness athletes near West Chester

Another great class with Reilly. In back half of long workout, she stayed on me to get my elbows out during front squats. Nice getting little reminders when you’re just trying to get through. Also love Reilly’s diligence on warm up and stretching. Thank you!
Luke is an exceptional coach, always helping people with form and providing tips to ensure that you get the most out of your workout. He’s fantastic as a coach in class and even better 1-on-1 as a trainer for those that want more personalized support.

As always, Reilly ran a great class. She is always very thorough in her explanation of the class and very helpful and thoughtful when answering my questions about specific exercises. I was late to class today and she did a very efficient yet thorough job of getting me up to speed upon my arrival. Furthermore, she was very encouraging throughout the workout, as she always is. I always enjoy Reilly’s classes.

Reilly is great! She walks over each movement patiently and is always on a look out to correct your form and offer modifications when needed. She truly cares about your progress and pushes you to do your best—always encouraging, never overwhelming. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, she meets you where you are and helps you level up safely and confidently. Every class with her is a great mix of challenge, support, and growth.
Reilly’s classes are always energized and she does an amazing job at being hands-on with class members to perfect their form over rushing the exercise. Today, Reilly demonstrated the correct form for my DB deadlifts and which muscles I should target to drive strength. This helps avoid potential injury and how I can optimize building muscle in the focused area. I also appreciate her throwback playlist selection and always get pumped up to get after it.

Reilly is always watching to ensure that you are doing the moves correctly. She is quick to help you adjust and has a keen sense of awareness to ensure your safety! She helps motivate you to do your individual best. Reilly classes are always a culmination of fun, work and learning! Hope you get the chance to have a class with her! You won’t regret it!
Reilly is a great coach. I really appreciate the time she takes to stretch in the beginning of class and how she talks through what you should feel in the stretch. It never feels rushed and I always feel warmed up to jump into the workout.
Reilly is always tuned in to each athlete and provides individualized tips and support. She makes every class fun while helping us make gains each class. I have gotten better at several movements specially due to Reilly’s coaching.
Reilly is a great coach! I love how she conducts stretches each class and really makes sure everyone is warmed up and ready for the Wods! She pays attention through class and won’t hesitate to ensure you are following the right techniques and take the time to correct you in the workout. Reilly is always hype, smiling and ready to take on the classes!

Today’s workout was a good cardio workout for me with some strength building included. In general the workouts for me are tough, which gets me to push myself, but will also allow for scaling back if necessary.

Chrissy is awesome. Her energy and positive upbeat attitude makes getting up at 5am worth it. She’s so encouraging and appropriately pushes people to do their best, while focusing on good form. Great addition to 5:45am coaching!
