Gabby did a fantastic job coaching. She took the time to explain the workout, led an excellent warm up and walked through movement sequencing to ensure everyone had the basic deadlifting form down. She then was active throughout the workout giving pointers and tips to folks, including myself to help ensure proper form and to assist in making sure we got the most out of our lift. She was extremely encouraging a thoughtful.
Reilly is an outstanding CrossFit coach who brings energy, knowledge, and genuine care to every session. She explains movements clearly, scale workouts thoughtfully, and push you just enough to help you break past limits safely. Rielly’s encouragement makes even the toughest WODs feel doable and motivating. If you want a coach who’s both skilled and inspiring, Reilly is the real deal.
What’s your proudest achievement since joining Brandywine CrossFit?
I love the gym. I’ve been training here for the past three years. Reilly, who coaches my lunchtime class, is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also brings such a positive and uplifting energy to every session. She is truly a ray of sunshine and makes working out something I look forward to every day.
Reilly always takes the time to show us the proper technique at the beginning of class, and make sure that we are doing the moves correctly. She patiently watches each of us and make sure we apply corrections. And she’s always rooting us on and encouraging us during class. She’s an awesome coach!!

Great CrossFit gym with awesome coaching! The coaches are organized, supportive and really know what they’re doing. Workouts are always challenging and I love that fitness options are included so everyone can push themselves at their own level. The Gym is always clean and very well organized. Overall very good crossfit with strong coaching, great programming. Highly recommend!

Brandywine CrossFit helped me improve by consistently pushing me to work harder and stay consistent in my training. All the coaches are great! Reilly is wonderful - she provides clear guidance throughout every workout and takes the time to modify exercises to fit my level. For example, when I struggle with certain movements, she adjusts the weights or suggests alternate versions that still challenge me without risking injury. That kind of personalized attention really keeps me motivated to keep coming back and giving my best. What stands out most is the community atmosphere. There’s a genuine sense of support among everyone there that makes it easier to show up even on days when I don’t feel like it. Knowing that others are pushing themselves alongside me creates a motivating environment where I’m constantly challenging myself to do better. The energy in the gym is both welcoming and inspiring, which makes the whole experience feel rewarding - not just another workout.
As always, Reilly ran a great class today. Her descriptions of the workout are always clear and thorough, she was/is encouraging throughout the class, and will proactively coach me up as I need instruction. I appreciate how she takes her time in the warmups, and works with the intention to get us properly prepared to move.

Since joining Brandywine CrossFit, one personal change I've noticed is how welcoming and eager to help the coaches are. She is always right there during every session, watching closely and stepping in to assist with my technique whenever I need it. Whether I’m struggling with a lift or trying to keep pace during a high-intensity segment, she’s consistently present, offering clear, patient guidance. Technique has always been an area I struggle with, but her consistent feedback and critique have made a real difference. She takes the time to watch my form closely, gently correcting my posture and guiding me through specific adjustments, like shifting my weight or repositioning my grip, to make each movement safer and more effective. This focused attention not only improves my workout but also boosts my confidence. It feels like having a dedicated partner focused on helping me improve every step of the way, which motivates me to keep pushing forward with each class. The way she breaks down complex movements into manageable steps helps me feel more in control and less intimidated, making each session challenging but achievable.

Fantastic experience in my very first CrossFit class at Brandywine CrossFit with coach Gabby. Throughout the class, Gabby offered great insight by breaking down each movement into clear technical progressions that helped me understand the proper form step-by-step. She provided corrective cues and helpful hints, making the workout feel both fun and productive. By the end, I felt accomplished and energized, excited to come back for more.

Great gym in the West Chester/Brandywine area! I’ve worked with many CrossFit gyms and athletes and this one sticks out via its community and great scalability & thorough warm ups to feel great before/during/after each workout! Wish I lived closer to make it there more often! Highly recommend Luke and the gym for any functional fitness athletes near West Chester

Another great class with Reilly. In back half of long workout, she stayed on me to get my elbows out during front squats. Nice getting little reminders when you’re just trying to get through. Also love Reilly’s diligence on warm up and stretching. Thank you!

Reilly’s classes are always energized and she does an amazing job at being hands-on with class members to perfect their form over rushing the exercise. Today, Reilly demonstrated the correct form for my DB deadlifts and which muscles I should target to drive strength. This helps avoid potential injury and how I can optimize building muscle in the focused area. I also appreciate her throwback playlist selection and always get pumped up to get after it.

Reilly is a great coach. I really appreciate the time she takes to stretch in the beginning of class and how she talks through what you should feel in the stretch. It never feels rushed and I always feel warmed up to jump into the workout.
Reilly is always tuned in to each athlete and provides individualized tips and support. She makes every class fun while helping us make gains each class. I have gotten better at several movements specially due to Reilly’s coaching.
Reilly is a great coach! I love how she conducts stretches each class and really makes sure everyone is warmed up and ready for the Wods! She pays attention through class and won’t hesitate to ensure you are following the right techniques and take the time to correct you in the workout. Reilly is always hype, smiling and ready to take on the classes!
