I had an amazing class with Nicole today thank you again. I loved working with the punch mitts —it was so fun and helped me feel more connected to the movements. I also really appreciated how patiently she walked me through my stance and technique over and over without ever making me feel self-conscious. I learned so much and honestly had the best time. Thank you to all the couches at Boxes Studios for creating such a supportive, encouraging space 💛

Good energy, easy to follow, class feels like a good mix of exercises and I get a lot out of it. Great playlist :)

Love Stephanie’s energy. I always feel I’m getting a good workout. I like how she models all the exercises. She seems to remember everybody! I personally like more of an overview at the beginning of class- what are we doing today? Otherwise I feel lost in the sauce. Just a thought, perhaps in the strength classes we could do less movements and make them longer?

The Box & Sculpt class taught by Stephanie was the best fitness class I've found since moving to the city a few months ago!! Her instructing style is exactly what I'm looking for—structure with clear instructions, high energy, active recovery that makes the workout manageable, suggested modifications, accommodating both left & right handed boxing, great music, etc! I will definitely be back for her class. Thank you.

Class was great! Stephanie kept things moving fast and was super motivating.
Coach Stephanie is very friendly, helpful and high energy. During her power Pilates classes, she provides clear and effective instructions during exercises. Her exercises are always on beat to her playlist which makes it fun. She also incorporates small breaks in between sets which helps me with fatigue and dehydration.
Nicole was amazing very attentive and pushed me when she thought I could be pushed. I’d definitely come back just for her classes

I love taking class with Chani! She keeps the class moving while giving thorough instruction of the exercises, it’s always a great workout. I love how she motivates everyone throughout class, keeps us working hard but having fun- plus she always has a killer playlist!
Nicole was great!! She struck a perfect balance between kind, warm and helpful and tough, motivating, and challenging. She fostered a welcoming, positive environment and I felt comfortable really leaning into the workout, which she made the perfect level of difficulty for each of us. She was also super chatty and fun!
This was my first boxing class, and it was amazing! Stephanie made the class enjoyable, entertaining, and sweat-worthy. It was the best workout I have had in years, and I am a woman who loves the gym.
