Francis is a great coach. He always looks after every participant and adapts the exercises to accommodate different abilities. He knows I struggle with balance for example so suggests workout alternatives for me. Cannot praise him highly enough.

Francis guided us through a series of exercises ensuring positioning and technique were correct. His manner was courteous and friendly and he was careful we didn't overreach ourselves on the exercises that were new to us.

A super double session with Narcisse today covering weights, cardio and mobility. His classes always combine discipline with fun so we are motivated to get a lot done. Narcisse also has and shares deep knowledge about form and mobility which has been a performance game changer for me. 5 stars!

I turned up to the session this morning to complete the WOD set for my ability. Francis is quietly very encouraging with a soft delivery of coaching. He watches the exercise and tweaks the technique if needed. All the time gently pushing me to “do just one more”. Thank Francis.

Always a brilliant coach. Makes everything fun and lets us work to our own level and gives us alternatives if we have bad knees or backs. Laughs with us not at us and has the patience of a saint.

Marcus is very welcoming to each class I attend which has enabled me to feel comfortable and part of a group. Marcus explains the programme clearly and talks about how you can scale movements down (or up, depending on what you want to achieve!) Jess is a great trainer. She is patient, ensures we are safe, motivates us and is one of the reasons why I attend this gym. When I struggle to do the work out but I am always made to feel included. One day I will be able to do a pull up. ( I made the last bit up!!!) 😝 Thank you

Tom invited me to take part in the class last minute as there was spaces left. At first I was a little apprehensive as I'd never done one before, soon after starting I felt very much at ease. Tom was brilliant at guiding me through the exercises, and the other members were all so friendly It really is a friendly little community down at Bombers and I'm glad to be a part of it!
I have been training with Nikki for a few months now and every single session has been both physically challenging and fun. I have really found the hints and tips she gives you have improved my confidence in many movements, whilst also taking away a lot of the aches and pains that I first saw her about. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

First class having just joined the gym so didn’t know what to expect. The exercises were varied and targeted the whole body. Each exercise was demonstrated. Felt good after and will definitely book in again.
Francis creates a positive and friendly training atmosphere, whilst balancing the accountability of pushing yourself to train as hard as you can and reach for PBs.
Francis is calm & collected but also very encouraging during work outs. He's knowledgeable & friendly... Despite his young age, there is something very wise about him. Thank you for another great class!

Very pleased with my progress so far. I feel there has been a great improvement with my mobility etc. Nikki gives very clear instructions and reasons for the various exercises. The whole session is carried out in a very friendly and encouraging manner. I am very keen to carry on with the process.

As ever a well structured, comprehensive workout well explained and simplified for newcomers. Lots of positive encouragement and interventions to allow for all age ranges and capacities.
As someone who has hated the gym until starting Nikki's sessions, I actually really enjoy them. Nikki by example and is so Passionate about what she teaches, you can't help but be swept up and give 110%. I usually finish Nikki's sessions feeling superb (And sometimes nearly a little bit sick) and stronger every time. I clearly enjoyed them that much that I go every week! I really value Nikki's knowledge and teaching with her being a physio and her background in all manner of sports. Thank you very much! I think I'll come again.

My first class at Bombers and it WAS first class! . Marcus very enthusiastic and extremely good at explaining/demonstrating the exercises. He is incredibly patient with members of a certain age who seem to forget all instructions after 30 seconds! Looking forward to many more classes🏋️♀️

Wicked two sessions with George. Taking the time to work on technique and working out different ways to make it make sense is really valuable to me. The sweat classes are intense but well ran and there’s a really good community feel that pushes you. All round 5 star class 🤘🏼
