He is encouraging and very nice. I had even forgotten to check in and was about to do it when he let me know he had already checked me in. That was very sweet! He constantly goes around and gives advice and pointers. One Friday, he even was doing the workout with me making sure I had the correct forms so I would not injure myself.

Brandon was a great coach today. I appreciated his help explaining each work out and the reasoning behind it. Coming back to work on myself was not easy and it meant a lot how Brandon was quick to offer modifications. His support helped boost my confidence allowing me to keep challenging myself. First time mom and was looking for a gym that I can take my baby and workout postpartum. I absolutely loved the environment, the levels of workouts, the community and how everyone kept their eye on my baby making sure she was also comfortable! Coach Brandon did me a HUGE favor and bottle fed my baby so I could finish my workout! 10/10 recommend!
