Class today with Cheryl was excellent. Her classes are always informative, safe and well organized. Cheryl took the time to give individual instruction to each student today, commenting on areas in need of improvement. This is always done in a positive and professional way. She provides positive reinforcement and has the right personality and demeanor to instruct students. She is a super Coach and always represents Blue Titan in a professional manner.

Today’s workout was harder than it appeared. Keith gave the right amount of encouragement. Being a “master” athlete has its challenges and Keith keeps an eye out to make sure I have a scale that works for me and avoids injury.

I had forgotten what real conditioning felt like, so this was a great wake up call. I think Glen did great as a coach, i felt motivated to keep going even though my body was screaming at me. I guess if there was one thing to nitpick at it would be following a recorded video/audio during class, because it feels almost like why couldn’t i just stay home and do that ya know? But it was an excellent class and I’m glad to be here, thanks for pushing me to near death and yet keeping me alive at the same time!

Coach Jen is amazing! Always focused on each titan making sure the exercises are performed correctly and safely. She also motivates and makes sure we don’t give up! Today’s class was great!

Great Krav Maga session. Dr. Glenn explains each technique in detail. Excellent communicator. He’s able to provide a safe atmosphere to learn effective self defense. Each class is a great workout where you’re learning a life skill that hopefully you’ll never have to use. Highly recommended!

This review is for Cheryl Katz. For some reason her name was not listed in the drop down option above. Cheryl is an amazing instructor. She takes her teaching seriously. She knows the skills well, very attentive, and always makes sure to provide a constructive feedback. I really like a lot thar Cheryl always teaches the context under which each skill would be useful. I also like that Cheryl is creative in how she teaches, like today when she wanted to show to us how people usually attack with a stick, she filmed us so we can see it clearly and with that she catered our defense class accordingly. Besides being a top notch instructor, Cheryl is a great person with positive aura. I always come out of her class with more skills and feelings happy.

Coach Vinnie is always clear and concise on explaing the workout and how to execute the movements. Vinnie is able to offer modifications for movements that are not in my wheelhouse yet as well as offering to spend extra time after class to help you work on gaining the confidence to achieve your goals. Blue Titan has the best coaches on staff and each offer a fantastic skill set and welcoming environment.

Brian is an amazing coach. Staying true to his day job, Brian is amazing at teaching difficult skills by breaking them down into understandable components. He will go the extra mile to teach you a skill and be as happy as you (if not more) when you land it. One time Brian took a video of me attempting a Kip handstand push-up just so that I could see myself and apply his pointers. After that I was able to nail the skill! Also, he just has a wonderful aura that makes everyone feel included and comfortable. 11/10 for coach Brian 🫡
