Great class after coming back after a few weeks away. Easy to modify the work out for my needs but still pushing myself to get the best workout w out hurting myself. I liked being outside in the beautiful weather tonight.

I love Keith and i only like to go class when keith is teaching and i am glad he pushes us because i would totally give up and sit down when i’m too tired if it weren’t for keith pushing me, oh and also what about offering a free protein shake for those who complete the Rx just a thought for a little extra motivation?

2nd sparring session. Today with Coach Cheryl. Very well run class, good people, nice environment (even when people are punching and kicking you 😉), but it is something that I want to stick with. My body doesn't believe that class is only 30 mins!

This is my second class with Anthony and I like his coaching style. He demonstrated the movements and was encouraging along the way. I’m easing back into to this and all the coaches are supportive and let me find my grove. When the time is right I’ll take some more motivation. Thank you!!

Enjoyed the format of the workout. Many different exercises without to many reps is perfect for me. I noticed top athletes going at their pace and doing second round, and an old timer like me working hard to finish before the time cap. But everyone worked hard for 30 mins. If was was going to be overly critical, I would say less round of burpees and through in additional different exercise. Overall the workout was great for a sweat and conditioning for any level.

Great! I liked the focus on the strength building session today. It set a different tone for the workout from the other sessions. I would only like to see a bit more cardio in the beginning, even if just as part of the warm up.

Cheryl’s class is always amazing ! She is a great instructor because she knows her students . She knows our strengths and weaknesses and instinctively knows how to tailor the class to play to those strengths/ and areas that need improvement. She reads people well and has a great presence. Her knowledge is immense. She not only teaches you the curriculum, she always teaches you to THINK and apply what you have learned. She has confidence in you and teaches you how to have confidence in yourself . I can’t say enough good things . She’s a mentor and someone I strive to emulate. I vale her opinions and she always seems to have a way of pointing out the positives in a situation and make you look at things from a different perspective. Not only is she a great coach, more importantly, she’s a great human . Hers was the first ever class I took at BT and a huge part of why I continued in the Krav curriculum.

I loved today’s class instructed by Dylan. The workout was well laid out combining both strength and cardio components. Also I liked the 3 variety of workouts (box step up, burpee and clean) which complement each other nicely .
