BRC is a special place because all of the coaches truly care about the members and their workout experience. They meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey and help you get an awesome workout at your own level. The members are also kind, friendly, and supportive. I appreciate the format of the gym where the same people show up multiple times a week so you can always find a friendly face in your class. Finally, and most importantly, if you show up consistently, you will see the fitness results you want.
Cory is great at helping me scale the workouts to match my ability level. She has a good sense for how much weight is appropriate for a challenging but possible workout.

Great class today. All the blue republic coaches are amazing. They make the classes fun including great music, provide encouragement, and give occasional form tips!
Cory was my the option in the drop down menu. However Dajun was actually my coach today. He always does a great job, checking my form and helping me scale properly.

Cory is great! Being new at a fresh gym can be nerve wracking and Cory made sure to include introductions to make me feel at home. She also provides thorough breakdowns of how to perform movements which is great!
Chad is great at inspiring all athletes, technique is always sound and he makes it fun.
I’ve really enjoyed taking classes with Coach Cory. He detailed movement explanations, thorough warm ups and scaling options suggestions are all appreciated!
I love BRC. Honestly the best workouts with the best people I‘ve ever found. Although I love the CrossFit workouts of course, I find the Pitfire classes tend to be just the right amount of cardio and strength training.
Thoughtful engaging coaching, even in a workout that didn't feature many technical movements. Great people (easily the best in any gym) and awesome facilities, especially the outside area. Only two dogs, but I'm ok with it on account of they're the sweetest.

The highlight of today's workout was definitely the variety of movements we tackled. The coach guided us through a mix of kettlebell swings, box jumps, and rowing intervals, carefully watching our form and offering adjustments when needed. I felt challenged but supported, especially when the coach noticed my pacing and encouraged me to push just a bit harder. The energy in the gym was motivating without being overwhelming, which made it easier to stay focused throughout. This kind of balanced, attentive coaching is why Blue Republic CrossFit Gym stands out for me - it’s not just about working hard, but working smart and feeling good doing it.
Love this place. Great coaches (all of them) and a great community. Have been coming here two years and hard to imagine my life now without this gym and this community. Love that there are levels for every athlete. You can go hard (or less hard) and feel good.
Cory is great! I am 55 and a total beginner at all of this. Cory is always keeping a watchful eye on everyone and will make sure I’ve got the correct form and will find ways to adapt the workout for me so I don’t injure myself. She is diligent with warm up/cool down stretching - something I tend to forget about. All of the Blue Republic coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and vigilant regarding safety, which gives me the confidence to try things I figured I was just too old/out of shape to do. Also: Love the playlists! Each coach has a great mix of artists and has their own vibe. As a musician & teacher I’m always appreciative 🙂
Coach Dajun was very welcoming and professional!
Good coaching on good morning form - the coach took the time to watch my posture closely, gently guiding my back and hips into the right alignment so I could feel the difference immediately. During the WOD, the encouragement kept me pushing through each round, especially when the fatigue started to set in; it was motivating without being overwhelming. They also did form checks on my not-so-strict shoulder pressers, catching when I accidentally brought leg drive into the movement.
