I wanted to find a gym that provided personal training. The thought of creating my own workout plan was overwhelming. Then I can across BlkOps Fitness! I reached out and toured their facility the same day! Coach Katie welcomed me and gave me the run down. I quickly learned that BlkOps is more than just a gym, it’s a community filled with people who encourage you to be the best version of yourself. The coach led sessions is exactly what I needed. They take care of everything! All I need to do is show up and put in the work. All of the coaches are knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging! I’m already feeling improvements in strength, cardio, and mobility with just a month under my belt. I highly recommend BlkOps to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

Bekah is also very helpful in curing cleans and making sure we stay on task during the metcon. Also spoke with Ryan today about strength training one rep max and learned about calculations and how to prepare for testing. Very encouraging as well
