Coach Collin for the win. Mondays fear him, dumbbells respect him. The sun saw he was coaching and tapped out. But honestly, love the energy he brings. Mondays are tough, and Collin brings the kind of encouragement that makes you want to show up anyway.
Collin did a great job with the class! When I arrived, he welcomed me and let me know where restrooms were and where I could put my belongings. Class was well organized, and he gave a good description of what the workout was. The participants in class were welcoming, and I could tell that you guys have a tight group. Not every gym that you walk into can be welcoming. You guys have a good thing going!

I’m just getting back into my fitness journey 8 months post partum. Melissa is so welcoming and supportive in how to make the workout of the day fit your needs. She took time to make sure I felt comfortable with the movements I was assigned and gave me tips on ways to scale. Can’t wait for the next class!

What a fun way to help create baselines for your health goals! Everyone was so supportive and friendly, I couldn’t ask for a better gym community.
I enjoyed the Test Your 2025 class. It was good to set some baselines and think about goals for the year.
Keeps the class on track but light and enjoyable. Knowledgeable and willing to provide coaching where needed. Noticed her coaching others in a subtle way so they didn't feel singled out but we're still able to make the needed corrections.

I recently attended a class with Melissa and wanted to share my experience. The class was fun and well structured. Melissa was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions, providing detailed and insightful explanations on technique or scaled movements. One of the highlights of the class was the feedback on the exercises was quick and constructive, helping me improve and understand the techniques better. I felt like she was very attentive and was very good at giving me different options when I couldn’t do a movement. Lastly, I loved that she encouraged me and CELEBRATED my last few heavy reps. :) I love this because I don’t get this at my home gym. Overall, I highly recommend this class to anyone that is interested. Melissa creates a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and curiosity.

I love the classes at Bear Fitness, and I couldn't be happier to be BACK! All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always keeping an eye on our form while pushing us to reach our full potential. The community is so welcoming and I’ve missed all those smiling faces!! The variety in workouts keeps makes me so happy and I love seeing the progress I’ve made both in endurance and strength!! 1 million/10 ⭐️’s Definitely recommend!!
