Melissa is always great, she’s clear and concise. Every class she coaches I know what I am supposed to be doing from a workout and from a movement/positioning perspective. I know scaling options when I need and I feel comfortable asking questions. She is friendly, provides positive reinforcement, is motivating, and will challenge me when she knows i’m slacking. Overall 5+ stars

I recently attended a class with Melissa and wanted to share my experience. The class was fun and well structured. Melissa was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions, providing detailed and insightful explanations on technique or scaled movements. One of the highlights of the class was the feedback on the exercises was quick and constructive, helping me improve and understand the techniques better. I felt like she was very attentive and was very good at giving me different options when I couldn’t do a movement. Lastly, I loved that she encouraged me and CELEBRATED my last few heavy reps. :) I love this because I don’t get this at my home gym. Overall, I highly recommend this class to anyone that is interested. Melissa creates a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and curiosity.

I love the classes at Bear Fitness, and I couldn't be happier to be BACK! All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always keeping an eye on our form while pushing us to reach our full potential.
