I love Bar10!! If you are looking for a place to workout this is it!! And skill level, age, mobility doesn’t matter - that’s what scaling is for. Connor always does a great job. He explains the day’s workout and is always ready to answer any questions. And it’s not just - here’s the workout, go do it. He makes sure that we are doing each move correctly so that we don’t injure ourselves. He is always encouraging us as we complete the workout. Come try it out!! You’ll love it!!

Despite many hours of looking at YouTube tips, I have struggled for years with kipping RMU volume. But one of the many great things about Bar10 coaches, and Madz in particular, is you can always rely on getting personalized, technically correct feedback that you can TRUST. Madz assessed my failed RMU attempts then quickly diagnosed and essentially cured my problem. That is just an example of one of the many reasons I continue to improve every day at Bar10 (when I show up).

General warmup was paramount given the weather conditions; was effective and to the point. Abridged progressions for the jerk and squat made welcomed time for pertinent skill work after the WOD. E2:30MOM provided a good feel for the WOD. WOD itself was challenging and accurately scaled, even under unforeseen circumstances. Class ended on time.

Shelbi nice to have one on one with you today. Instructions were spot on. Connor never fails to impress. Does a great job of walking the line between pushing you past your comfort zone for growth, but also not past your limitations. You can tell he simply wants to see you grow and improve, but also recognizes where you’re currently at. Always pushes you to be better, but never asks you to go too far. Bar 10 is a 10/10
