Great coaching today. If I wasn’t such a hot mess, I would have talked through my game plan w/ you so I didn’t leave the gate too hot and maintained a better approach. Instructions were clear, movement patterns were broken down in an accessible manner to who was attending class. It’s possible I missed you saying suggested approaches to pacing on the rower or on The Barbell rep splits, but that would be helpful for athletes when trying to attack the workout.

A good class as always the energy in the gym at 5am is always high and supportive. Tommy was on point with all members making sure we reached out goals with proper instructions and demonstration . BC so worth it!! :)

Great class many different levels of athletes in class. Coach Trish made sure to check in with each one and give the appropriate scaling options for the workout.
He’s a good coach, he works on correcting technique which I appreciate. And he has a lot of patience when going over workouts. I would recommend coming to his classes.

Power snatch is a movement I have always struggled with but Coach Tommy is so great at breaking down and cueing each piece of the movement. With his coaching I have been able to increase my power snatch by over 50 pounds!
I had the opportunity to take a 5pm class today with Coach Martens. As our newest coach I was surprised how well he ran the session. He did great at breaking down the movements and worked the class throughout the workout providing instant feedback and encouragement. Well done coach!

Trish is a beyond amazing coach that’s built a beyond amazing community. From day one of onboarding she’s always pushed me while making sure safety and form are prioritized. What really sets her apart, though, is how deeply she cares about each of her athletes as people, not just as athletes. I’ve recently aggravated a herniated disc at home and instead of treating this as a setback as I’ve faced in the past she’s treated it as an opportunity to rebuild the right way, carefully and patiently adjusting/scaling my workouts.
Dave Martens was great. Very clear in the instruction and patient w me, I’m still new and don’t know all the exercises.
Trish is phenomenal! I have mobility issues and she really helps and makes everyone feel welcome and pays attention during the workouts to make sure you’re doing the movements right and staying on target!

Babylon CrossFit is a great gym - the coaches are wonderful, the workouts are hard but coaches work with you if it’s too intense and the environment is so welcoming. Each coach meets you where you are, but still pushes you. Other members push you as well. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

As always Scott’s knowledge of mechanics of the human body helps tremendously as a coach. Along with his dedicated to his athletes his always positive attitude and the “yes you can “ mentally helps ALL athletes no matter their skill level. And of course he’s easy on the eyes 😉

Scott is an outstanding coach. He can see when someone is struggling with a particular movement and quickly assists with a modification to ensure proper form and sustain appropriate effort. He integrates his background as a physical therapist to provide valuable insights during the whiteboard review and throughout the class, elevating the overall experience. Scott motivates everyone to do their best and push through the workout while also ensuring an injury free and safe gym environment.
Trish was excellent. She was very attentive to any of the new people including my self. She challenged me in a safe manor and I feel like I left with a good understanding of how to improve my squats.

Shaina is a knowledgeable coach who works hard to create a positive training environment for all athletes whether an experienced CrossFit athlete or someone who just started. Shaina finds individual teaching moments and offers great cueing corrections. With Shaina as a coach, I feel challenged and supported.
