As a first time gym goer. I could not have found a better gym. The coaches are amazing. They work you hard, but they explain everything and help you through the process. When I leave there, I feel so good about myself And don’t forget the smoothies they are amazing.
I wasn’t able to make it to this Saturday class but I was able to make it to a previous one and I must say that Henry is an amazing trainer and he pushes you for your good. All of the trainers and the other people that I have had the pleasure of meeting have all been so friendly and nice and I love the atmosphere. He encourages you and never makes you feel like you aren’t doing enough. I was blessed to find him last year but it was short lived but now I’m back and ready to see my results.
Love the vibes and the energy and the workouts. I’m not much for chit chat between sets I’d rather work hard then chat after!
Excellent trainer keep you on your toes and motivated to complete the work you came to do !! 10/10 recommend!!! And the smoothies bomb!!
