As someone new to weightlifting, Greg’s Oly class at ASDC CrossFit was incredibly helpful in making sure I got dedicated time and attention to correct my form. He carefully watched each movement, pointing out subtle adjustments, and gradually eased me into the mechanics of each lift.
Joining ASDC CrossFit was the best decision I ever made! Before coming here, I felt stuck at my old gym, doing the same old workout that never challenged me or helped me improve. Since becoming a member at ASDC CrossFit, I have received superb coaching that truly sets this gym apart; form is always the first priority, which makes every movement safer and more effective. Brian is always there during workouts, ready to help with any questions, encourage when the going gets tough, and offer constructive criticism when warranted to make sure I’m progressing the right way. His passion for all of us is clear - he treats everyone like family, creating an atmosphere where you feel supported and motivated every time you walk in. The energy in the gym is contagious, and having a coach who is so invested in each member’s success makes all the difference. This isn’t just a place to work out - it’s a community that pushes you to be better every single day.
I always enjoy my classes with Tracy, from the coaching to the music selection. Had to adjust today's workout for an injury and she came up with a pivot that worked and still hit the workout stimulus.

Melissa is one of the most caring coaches. She is always checking in to make sure our movements are correct, and we are feeling good about the workout. Her mobility workouts are phenomenal, and her overall positivity during the entire class is amazing especially so early in the morning.

Beautifully spacious and pristinely clean gym! The programming is on point with a thoughtful and thorough warm up that gets you prepped for the workout properly and safely. Coach Brian was attentive to every athlete and has clearly created a safe and warm environment for athletes. Staff and members are very welcoming and supportive. I haven’t done CrossFit is at least 4 years and was very nervous to get back into the gym. Melissa was welcoming and so helpful with scaling the workout to fit my ability level and checking in during the workout to make sure everything was going well. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with and will most definitely be coming back!
Melissa is always consistently great at explaining and getting the best out of me in the workout. She’s very detailed and very alert when it comes to form and making sure you’re doing everything proper. She’s a fantastic instructor

Tracy always has a positive vibe for the our very early 5 am- ers class! She is a very experienced trained observer to ensure the safety of her clients. With this experience she is always spot on when providing alternatives during workouts to match or advance her clients skill level. She is not only an asset but an inspiration to us at the gym!

Brian is a very attentive coach. He meets people where they are and encourages them to be the best they can be. I find with Brian’s holistic approach that I think about our training and practices outside of the gym as well and my day to day is better for it.

Brian is an excellent coach that knows each athletes limits and abilities and as such is; able to give advice on scaling or how to approach each workout to achieve effective output thereby improving our fitness and overall health for long term results. It is always a pleasure when he coaches because he gives you his best so you can improve and simply become a better athlete than you were yesterday.

I have just recently started crossfit and ASDC is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Coach Brian and the crew are very welcoming and helpful. The gym is clean and neat.
