Class today with Brady was great as usual! He always explains things clearly and takes time to help figure out modifications. He never seems frustrated by our class and we like to talk a lot. We give him the respect he deserves when he wants us to stay focused. I like how I feel he has time for me when I ask questions or tell him something:) He’ll ask me how I’m doing without me seeking out his attention. Overall I feel that our gym is extremely lucky to have a coach as skilled, knowledgeable, and personable as Brady!! I really look forward to the workouts because of him!!

Brady has a way of knowing exactly what you need in the moment and meets you where you are at that day He pays close attention to your form during each exercise, correcting when needed to prevent injury and improve effectiveness. His support goes beyond instruction - he offers encouragement when the exercises get tough and checks in regularly to see how you’re doing. Working with Brady at Armati Collective feels like having a coach who truly understands your goals and tailors every part of the training to help you get there. He is an amazing coach and very supportive, making each visit to Armati Collective something I look forward to.
Very welcoming, great at making sure we were adequately warmed up to prevent injury. Kept us focused and motivated on form throughout the WOD.
I am really enjoying crossfit! Im doing stuff i never thought I could do. Brady is great because he takes the time to really show how to do the right techniques. I feel more confident each time I leave class thanks to Brady.
It was great! What I like about Brady, is that he is not just motivating, but even if you are moving correctly, he still talks you through proper form. This validates that you are moving right. Great woekout!

Brady presented a well paced program. The balance between lecture, videos, & active work helped me better understand the lifts. He was able to give individual attention while maintaining the flow of working with a group. My understanding of the lifts increased in general, but I also walked away with personal knowledge about some of the subtle changes I need to make to improve my lifts. And it was all done with a sense of passion, joy, and humor.

Today’s class was awesome, I look forward to coming on days when we get to challenge ourselves and the coaching today helped me get the most out of that. Worked on my feet placement and was able to get into a comfort squat snatch. Today’s class tested my limits legs torched. A1
I enjoyed the attention to detail in the one on one sessions. I haven’t done a lot of the movements since college. Derek took the time to teach me and critique my form which was beneficial. I look forward to more of the classes.

Brady does a great job keeping high energy during the class. He is also very technically sound and great at breaking down complex lifts/exercises for members of all levels. Always a great workout!

I am so grateful to have Brady as a coach. He’s always positive and encouraging & it helps me to push harder & have confidence in what I can do. His patience when teaching new movements (& helping me again, and again😬)makes such a difference. His belief in what I’m able to do helps ME to believe. Tuesday’s workout was a great example. The fact that he truly cares about helping every individual in our tribe is obvious.🙂

Brady is a great coach, he's always there to find a way for you to get a work out,even if you're unable to do something, Brady' encouragement and as he cheers you on is fantastic. All the Coaches are great. I never thought I'd love being in a place where you have so many people that support and encourage one another. Brady continues to not only improve his own coaching abilities but the entire environment within the gym. He inspires everyone who comes into the gym. He ensures he touches base with each and every student. Being in an environment where you know everyone feels comfortable being able to perform to the best of their own abilities makes it easy to be present and perform to my own best abilities.
I love attending Brady’s classes. He is genuinely enthusiastic about seeing athletes make progress. His coaching style is easy-to-follow, energetic, and demonstrative. Brady is so positive and encouraging he makes me feel like being the best person I can be. He's extremely knowledgeable about every exercise that we do and helps everyone do it in the safest way possible. I also love how he spends a long time on warm up so that when it comes time to exercise everything seems possible.

I'm so grateful for Coach Brady's instructions I feel I've been able to make some really big improvements with the instructions I've been receiving from him. He clearly knows what he's talking about and truly cares for his athletes not just in the gym but outside too and that's another reason that makes him the great coach that he is. So grateful to have him and he's just getting started.
