All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, personable, push you to do better, and super in tune to good form.
I tried out to classes. One with Ashley, Blake, and the other with Tony Pino. Both were great! They took the time to show me proper techniques and help modify what I needed to have modified. I felt welcomed, encouraged, and challenged.
Maria was great on checking in with me, making sure I was comfortable, offering modifications, and providing feedback on my form!
Class today was awesome! I’ve improved my double understand so much since I began and Coach Mike made sure to let me know! The best part about these workouts is they push me out of my comfort zone.

Every time I have her I scale and she always says I will end up hating her after the workout but it’s not true because I always get a good workout no matter the scales

Most of the classes we have taken are with Mike I and he is great. Tony and Ryan are amazing as well. All of the instructors we’ve had are very patient and informative in teaching us the moves as we are new to Crossfit. The community is very welcoming!

I had a great experience at Apache CrossFit. I’ve dropped in at gyms before and without doubt they were the most welcoming gym I’ve ever visited from the moment I walked in the door. Mike the owner and Mike the coach introduced themselves when I walked in and made me feel like I was at my home gym. The facility is great and the workout was awesome and the class was well structured and entertaining. The members couldn’t have been more friendly too. I would definitely recommend joining the gym if you live in the area or dropping in if you’re passing through.
I had Candice, Ryan and Megan (so far) this week. You guys knocked it out of the park! Best gym on the east coast.

We had a great experience here! We went twice, one class with ryan and other with Megan. Both class were smoothly ran, the movements and set up were clearly explained. Everyone we met during and after class were nice. Whenever we are back in the area we will be stopping by!
Today was my official “FIRST WORKOUT SESSION”. Couldn’t be more pleased with making the choice to inquire , visit and subsequently join the Apache Family. From the first contact on the phone to the first meeting all the way to the first personal training session. This place is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and willing to help keep you motivated. Today I felt like I’ve been here for a year. Best life changing choice I could make. It’s humbling but quickly rewarding. A+++ to the whole crew… You guys ROCK.

Shelly was an absolute ace coach, as I’ve now learned is the norm at Apache. Super clear explanation of movement progressions and great feedback during the workout to make sure form doesn’t breakdown under fatigue.

Maria did excellent in class today. She lead the class with enthusiasm. However, she should implement station activities to help her diverse learning community achieve the state standards. Although her lesson was well done, she lacked explanation of how she would modify the activity for our diverse community of multiply lingual learners and children with disabilities.

Loved that today’s class was focused on some gymnastics! Even though I can’t quite do the moves yet, it’s fun and exciting and I can’t wait to be better! Megan is also one of my favorite coaches! She’s very detailed and exaggerates the moves to better understand. Megan always kindly pushes each of us when she knows we have more potential. Megan and the other coaches are a 5! But I rate the class a 4 just because classes become a little too large sometimes. Which shows how amazing Apache is! I love my Apache family and partnering up but also like being able to get in the zone and focus on my needs.

Gretchen did a great job. Having an issue with my elbow she’s very good at giving different exercises so I’m able to do the workout. She’s also helpful during the workout. Always get a good workout with Gretchen.

Candice is a very knowledgeable coach , as well as every other coach at Apache. Apache is an extremely welcoming community and an absolute blast to be apart of. only thought is the “strength” portion wasn’t on the screen for the class to see. Would have made it easier to follow the reps/minute schedule, but no biggie. Great class!

Gretchen was great during tonight’s class. She took the time to go over barbell movements in great detail. She also made sure that everyone in class felt comfortable and was having fun at the same time. Gretchen is one of my favorite coaches at Apache!
Even recovering from an injury and not 100% Gretchen is very tough and shows each step in as much detail as possible. She is one who will walk/hobble around and make sure everyone is performing correct technique in each movement & will call you out if something is off. I can’t wait until she’s back to 100%!! Gretchen had me for my 1st two introductory classes & my very first class at Apache & she’s the best!! 💪🏽💪🏽

Love coming to class on Thursdays with Tony! He really takes the time to explain the exercises and will work with one individually if he sees that there’s area for improvement. Today, he pushed me to complete a rep on a heavy weight (for me lol) and although I wasn’t able to lift it, I really did appreciate his coaching. Next time I’ll get it for sure!

Tony is one of my favorite coaches hands down. I always learn something, improve on something, and his positive personality makes it fun at 6am. He cares for all of us and often pushes me to do things I think I can’t do. I wish he could coach more days!
