As I reflect on my year with Alyatt, I can safely say that my training has reoriented my life back towards a direction I had been aspiring for too long. I feel so much more positive about my physical health. This has also pushed me to go further and continue us to improve my health, really commit to time at Alyatt and push myself more

I have been blown away by how welcoming and supportive Janelle has been from the very first session. Living with chronic illnesses, I was really scared to start, worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up or even participate fully. But Janelle took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and understand exactly what my body could handle. She thoughtfully modified exercises - like replacing high-impact jumps with controlled step-ups and adjusting weight loads - so I could join in every workout without feeling overwhelmed or left behind. Now, I’m genuinely glad I took the step to start and am excited to keep building my strength and endurance bit by bit, knowing I’m in a place that truly respects what my body can handle.
It was my 1st time doing crossfit. It was a quick class that kept you focused on the workout. Erin was helpful with technique. I would suggest a change of music to hard rock.

Angela was more than welcoming and respectful along with being supportive for my first time going. Also was locked in and was very engaged in the workout as well.
Mia is an excellent coach. Explains everything thoroughly before the exercises and cheers you on all the way through!

She’s always very supportive and good about watching form. She doesn’t make you feel bad if you have to make a modification and is good about working through that. I’m always happy when I see she’s coaching!

Angela is always upbeat, engaging and encouraging. She provides solid demonstration of the techniques and works with everyone in the class to adapt to where they are. I appreciate how she is so welcoming and brings even the quietest people in. Also - great playlist today!

I am new to the gym and Erin was extremely welcoming. She provided great demos and instruction, keeping it simple and clear to follow. She created a very fun environment! Will be excited to work out with her again!
Great job pushing and motivating the class and tailoring movements to individuals capabilities. Always know there will be a challenge when in class.
I think I came on the right day for my first class, small class and not that challenging of a workout. Don’t get me wrong I was nice and sweaty when I left!!! Good directions and positive attitude!!
My only suggestion would be actually singing instead of lip syncing 😁
Emma was a great coach this morning. The work was easy to follow and as challenging as it should be. Would definitely come back if I am in the area.

Today was a hard one, more tiring due to sprints and it’s my nemeses - Biking Amazing coaching! Def pushed me to finish each and every round, cheering us on and making sure we didn’t give up! As much as I complain I am happy showed up! Classes are always welcoming love this place!!!!

Janelle is a wonderful coach. I feel motivated to do better when she's there. She works with me to tweak the workouts to suit my beginner level and does the same for each individual in the class. Answers all my questions, offers tips and tricks for outside of the classes for stretches and ways to help the muscle soreness etc. Overall very happy to be apart of this class.
Hard class today-- hot and humid, Mia was great at making adjustments so that I could complete the workout balancing the challenging conditions while encouraging me to get through the workout.
Mia did great! She was good about checking to see what weight worked best for everyone and really helped to walk through the movements.
Mia was very detailed when explaining the moves for the workout. She offered different ways to break down reps or scale the moves while still pushing everyone to do their best.
Mia has a special way of motivating people. I think it is because of her authenticity and realness about the workouts. She relates well with all levels of athletes. I was reminded today that when doing kettlebell swings it is more of a hinge movement than a squat. Knees should stay loose but not necessarily bend like a squat. Good cuing!
