Angela is always upbeat, engaging and encouraging. She provides solid demonstration of the techniques and works with everyone in the class to adapt to where they are. I appreciate how she is so welcoming and brings even the quietest people in. Also - great playlist today!

I think I came on the right day for my first class, small class and not that challenging of a workout. Don’t get me wrong I was nice and sweaty when I left!!! Good directions and positive attitude!!
My only suggestion would be actually singing instead of lip syncing 😁

Today was a hard one, more tiring due to sprints and it’s my nemeses - Biking Amazing coaching! Def pushed me to finish each and every round, cheering us on and making sure we didn’t give up! As much as I complain I am happy showed up! Classes are always welcoming love this place!!!!

Janelle is a wonderful coach. I feel motivated to do better when she's there. She works with me to tweak the workouts to suit my beginner level and does the same for each individual in the class. Answers all my questions, offers tips and tricks for outside of the classes for stretches and ways to help the muscle soreness etc. Overall very happy to be apart of this class.
Hard class today-- hot and humid, Mia was great at making adjustments so that I could complete the workout balancing the challenging conditions while encouraging me to get through the workout.
Mia did great! She was good about checking to see what weight worked best for everyone and really helped to walk through the movements.
Mia was very detailed when explaining the moves for the workout. She offered different ways to break down reps or scale the moves while still pushing everyone to do their best.
Mia has a special way of motivating people. I think it is because of her authenticity and realness about the workouts. She relates well with all levels of athletes. I was reminded today that when doing kettlebell swings it is more of a hinge movement than a squat. Knees should stay loose but not necessarily bend like a squat. Good cuing!
