I have been going to All Level Crossfit for just shy of three years now. I have never felt more welcome and love the feeling of being part of the community. I can say I love EVERY single coach I have ever had. What I love about All Level is that every coach knows their client's very well and their abilities/limitations. Each coach will find modifications but will also push me to the next level (safely) when they know I am capable but don't quite believe in myself. I can confidently say I am the strongest I have ever been and feel the best I have ever felt. I truly believe this is the best gym in Windsor-Essex. The Adaptive Inclusive Classes are where people of all abilities workout together. This is one of my favourite classes as it encourages everyone to maintain functionality throughout our lifestyles. This class proves that no matter what are abilities are, we are capable of greatness. Today I had the pleasure of being coached by Steph Seguin. She is funny, outgoing, driven, hardworking, encouraging, strong, but most importantly understands and respects restrictions some people may have. Her energy and positivity radiates into the gym and is contagious!
Steph is an energetic, knowledgeable, and very positive coach. She brings a constant upbeat energy to class that lifts everyone’s mood right away. Throughout the workout, she carefully watches each movement, offering guidance on form and technique that helps me push safely and effectively. What really stands out is how she stays encouraging no matter the pace or difficulty, making every exercise feel achievable yet challenging. You can never have a bad class with Steph at All Level CrossFit - her enthusiasm and expertise turn every session into a motivating, rewarding experience that leaves me feeling stronger and more confident.

Oh my gosh! Where to begin?! I adore Coach Steph! She’s so kind, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable! She encourages me to push myself every single day and is the biggest cheerleader for her clients! And she has a great sense of humour and busts my balls when I’m slacking.
John was great! He encouraged me, called me out (in a good way!), and pushed me to lift heavier than I thought I could. I ended up surprising myself—awesome support and motivation!
Happy to be back! John is an excellent coach who is always willing to help you achieve your fitness goals. During the class at All Level CrossFit, he carefully watched everyone's form, offering clear guidance and encouragement that made a noticeable difference in how I moved through each exercise. Even when I struggled with some of the more challenging movements, he stayed right there, modifying the routine to fit my level and pushing me just enough to see progress without feeling overwhelmed. I truly missed this place while I was on vacation; the energy in the gym, the friendly faces, and the way the workouts are designed to keep you motivated made me eager to return and attend the class again.
Zacks as stance on how to adapt my workout today was excellent. His suggestions gave me a great workout and boosted my confidence. I have had so many experiences like this at this gym with Zack that my performance has improved by leaps and bounds.
First trial with cross fit Wednesday November 5th. Trainer Stephanie right away was welcoming, introduced herself and worked with us from beginning to end. Workout was intense for first day but was able to keep up with the help of her motivation and commitment to pushing everyone till the end. Felt very welcomed and comfortable with all the workouts and amazing atmosphere with the other groups doing training
Steph was such an involved and encouraging coach who kept the energy high and positive throughout the workout. As a first time CrossFit athlete in a new gym environment, Steph was an incredible figure to look up to and provided explanations and demonstrations for each movement. She encouraged everyone by name and was incredibly knowledgeable in all things workout related!!
Yes the classes are hard but having a coach like Steph makes them fun and rewarding Amazing Coach/ Amazing Athlete and better yet Amazing person Thank you Coach Steph you are appreciated
Zach does an excellent job in describing the movements that are gonna be done in the workout and as the workout is going on, he is correcting you if you need it and also motivating you to get through the work out which I really like.

Chance is a amazing coach who is very technical and truly knows how to break down movements. He takes the time to correct your form and make sure you're training safely and effectively. If you want to improve your fitness with expert guidance, this is the place to be.
Really love your style of coaching and making an effort to check in with each person individually, even remembering unique things about them. I did feel supported, especially considering I was nervous about my back, however I was still challenged.
Coach Zachary always starts the class with a smile! Followed by detailing the challenging workout, but makes it sound fun! The class was challenging but mods are provided and technique shown to challenge yourself. During the movements coach is pushing and encouraging you and providing feedback to improve. It’s very motivating! I always enjoy the classes with coach Zach, as he is always providing feedback to improve and challenge yourself. Thanks Coach!

Today's workout was lit. Thanks to John's guidance Matt and I were able to survive today's Mission 22 WOD. John demo'ed all the moves and scaling options and that gave me the confidence to go through it. Great work, John.

She recognized that I didn’t know what I was doing - especially on Day 1 (my first time doing CrossFit) and helped me every step of the way with other members present. it was my first workout at all level and stephanie had a natural ability to make me feel apart of the squad. she was able to give me cues that helped correct my form and improve the outcome of the exercises. i look forward to doing more of her classes :)

John was great and kept everyone in the class motivated. He was super welcoming and corrected a few things I was doing wrong when I got tired. He actually remembered me from a few years ago when I used to come to this gym. Brought up details that I didn't think he would remember and people we know in common. Great way to build a community. Thanks for a killer workout. 5 stars for John and gym but 1 star for assault bikes.

Steph is very thorough when describing the wod. She always give scaling options and offers different movements if someone has a lack of mobility. Her asking the question of the day can prolong the class (other morning coach doesn't ask). She has the great ability to help members adapt their movements duringthe class. She is exceptional at helping members improve their movements to maximize their abilities during the class. I enjoy how the gym rotates coaches so that the members can receive different cues that can help them succeed during challenging movements.
On time start! Clear and accurate coaching instructions. Not a lot of extra conversations not relevant to the class. And out of there on time too! Which is important for ppl on a schedule.

Steph is honestly one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. She somehow knows exactly how to push me just enough so I’m leveling up without even realizing it. She always surprises us with fun warm-ups, you never know what she’s got up her sleeve! Her energy is contagious and her classes are a total blast!

Today I loved all the scaling options John taught me to teach the class for the hand stand hold & plate up / down progression! That is so hard to teach as being a new coach & today John made it feel easier to teach once he took me through all the progressions ! Thank you ! Was so fun !

I had my first class with coach Zach today and it was great. More intense than what I’m used too but I enjoyed it. Zach was very welcoming into the group, supportive throughout the work outs and encouraging to push a little more. Always smiling through the workout which was even more encouraging. I appreciated the support on the first day and look forward to the next weeks to come.
John was very understanding of our body capacity and was able to judge the potential of every team member , I enjoyed doing the training , and glowing in sweat , he showed the corrective movement to every posture to better our mobility . Ofcourse loved the after effect

Great class today at All Levels CrossFit. John led use through a great warm-up and work out. Instructions were very clear and John gave some great tips on biking and rowing.
Coach Kirk is amazing. He brings such positive energy to each class whether as a coach or student. He provides clear and constructive feedback helping improve exercises. Training with Coach Kirk is so much fun and super motivating/encouraging! 🫶🏽

Steph is so intentional in her coaching. She is always open to modifications if needed but she will also push you to fulfill your potential. I love that Steph always ensures that the class is connected through conversation during warm up, which creates a strong sense of community. I’m a big fan!
