All level is an amazing gym and Zach is such a great coach! I’m visiting from Australia and wanted a good workout, and boy did I get one! My favourite part about this gym is how inclusive and supportive it is. Whether you are a beginner or top athlete you’re going to fit right in. The workouts are challenging but it is so nice to be cheered on by coaches and other members. I also really appreciate how I was given feedback on things I did well and also how to Improve form and the movement. I would definitely be back if I did not live so far away!
Coach Zach is an amazing coach, and you can really tell he cares about each person's progress. During the session, he carefully watched my form and gave clear, encouraging feedback to make sure we are all doing the exercises safely and effectively. The community at All Level CrossFit is supportive but also motivating, and having a coach like Zach makes all the difference in staying consistent and improving.

Had a great class with Coach Zach today. Throughout the session, he provided great corrections tailored to each individual’s form, whether it was adjusting a slight posture during a lift or suggesting a better grip for a movement. All the while, he stayed organized, efficiently guiding the class through each exercise without losing momentum. The flow of the workout kept everyone engaged and challenged without feeling rushed. Zach’s coaching style is exactly why he’s one of my favourite CrossFit coaches at All Level CrossFit - he balances attention to detail with keeping the energy high and the class moving smoothly. I highly recommend coming to one of his classes if you want clear guidance and a workout that pushes you just right.
He’s an excellent coach with a great eye for detail. He truly listens and customizes workouts based on your individual needs and especially if you have injuries. I had a shoulder issue, and he tailored the program perfectly to help me train safely and effectively.
I've been going to CrossFit classes for a while now and coach Stephy is my favorite coach by far. She's got the perfect mix of being super funny and cheerful which makes the toughest WODs feel better She’s considerate with every single person in the class. She checks in on how everyone's feeling and takes her time in making everyone comfortable. Everytime I come in with injuries, she modified the movements to keep me safe while still getting a real workout.
First 5:30am class back since the holidays and WOW!!! Steph noticed the struggle, cheered me on, kept things positive, and made the gym feel welcoming the second I walked in. Today I got No-Reped!!!! Great CrossFit games workout! Coach Steph said my fingers (All of them) need to touch the line before my feet come off the wall! Did not know that! Also scaled down the deadlifts after Coach noticed I’m slow on the touch and go. Love the feedback! This type of feedback is helping me improve all aspects of my training! Coach Steph watches and identifies areas of improvement and shows proper form to continue, get the stimulus needed and grow and mitigate injuries. As an old guy I appreciate that! I’m still sore few days after the workout. Thank you for the coaching Coach Steph!

Very fun and challenging! Even though I couldn’t finish the warm-up, Steph took the time to create a modified version that I could do at my own pace. It really made me feel included in the workout, even though I was doing something different. The energy in the gym was contagious, and the encouragement from everyone was amazing - people cheered each other on and celebrated every small win. I hope to be back soon.

John's coaching was great today. As a newbie to CrossFit, I think it's important to understand the basics, and John made sure of that by explaining every exercise in detail. He broke down the movements step-by-step, pointing out key techniques and common mistakes to avoid. Throughout the session at All Level CrossFit, he provided coaching tips tailored to my level - adjusting my form when needed and encouraging me to focus on controlled breathing and proper posture. His clear instructions and patient guidance helped me feel confident, even with some of the more challenging exercises. The way he stayed attentive and engaged made the whole workout feel manageable and motivating, which is exactly what I needed starting out.
Second day in a row at All Level CrossFit, and both workouts had me sweating buckets. The sessions were intense and well-structured, combining strength and cardio in a way that left me completely worn out but energized at the same time. I felt my heart racing and muscles burning through every exercise, which made the effort feel real and rewarding. Can’t wait to attend my next class and push myself even more. John Mack welcomed me just like he does with everyone else, making me feel right at home from the start. His coaching was professional, clear, and concise. He carefully watched my form, gave precise instructions, and offered adjustments to help me get the most out of each movement. That kind of focused guidance helped me feel confident and capable, even when the workout got tough. Everyone else in the gym was really cool as well, creating a friendly and motivating atmosphere that made showing up something I looked forward to. The energy in the room was positive and encouraging without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where you can push yourself but also feel supported by the people around you.

I selected one coach, but to be honest, all the coaches at All Level CrossFit have such high energy and genuinely want what’s best for the entire class. What makes this gym unique is that every time I’m there, they’re constantly watching my form, pointing out small adjustments, and encouraging me to improve bit by bit. It’s like we are always learning something new - whether it’s a slight shift in posture during a lift or mastering a completely new movement. There are times when I try to push myself too hard to learn these new movements, which can definitely get frustrating, especially since I can be stubborn sometimes. That’s even more true after recovering from shoulder surgery, when I have to be extra careful. But at a typical gym, you don’t get this kind of ongoing, close attention. You don’t get the one-on-one focus or a coach who is consistently critiquing your technique so you can reach your highest potential. Here, they want you to succeed, not fail. That commitment shows in every class and makes all the difference in how I progress.

I have been going to All Level Crossfit for just shy of three years now. I have never felt more welcome and love the feeling of being part of the community. I can say I love EVERY single coach I have ever had. What I love about All Level is that every coach knows their client's very well and their abilities/limitations. Each coach will find modifications but will also push me to the next level (safely) when they know I am capable but don't quite believe in myself. I can confidently say I am the strongest I have ever been and feel the best I have ever felt. I truly believe this is the best gym in Windsor-Essex. The Adaptive Inclusive Classes are where people of all abilities workout together. This is one of my favourite classes as it encourages everyone to maintain functionality throughout our lifestyles. This class proves that no matter what are abilities are, we are capable of greatness. Today I had the pleasure of being coached by Steph Seguin. She is funny, outgoing, driven, hardworking, encouraging, strong, but most importantly understands and respects restrictions some people may have. Her energy and positivity radiates into the gym and is contagious!

Oh my gosh! Where to begin?! I adore Coach Steph! She’s so kind, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable! She encourages me to push myself every single day and is the biggest cheerleader for her clients! And she has a great sense of humour and busts my balls when I’m slacking.
John was great! He encouraged me, called me out (in a good way!), and pushed me to lift heavier than I thought I could. I ended up surprising myself—awesome support and motivation!

Zacks as stance on how to adapt my workout today was excellent. His suggestions gave me a great workout and boosted my confidence. I have had so many experiences like this at this gym with Zack that my performance has improved by leaps and bounds.
First trial with cross fit Wednesday November 5th. Trainer Stephanie right away was welcoming, introduced herself and worked with us from beginning to end. Workout was intense for first day but was able to keep up with the help of her motivation and commitment to pushing everyone till the end. Felt very welcomed and comfortable with all the workouts and amazing atmosphere with the other groups doing training
Steph was such an involved and encouraging coach who kept the energy high and positive throughout the workout. As a first time CrossFit athlete in a new gym environment, Steph was an incredible figure to look up to and provided explanations and demonstrations for each movement. She encouraged everyone by name and was incredibly knowledgeable in all things workout related!!
Zach does an excellent job in describing the movements that are gonna be done in the workout and as the workout is going on, he is correcting you if you need it and also motivating you to get through the work out which I really like.

it was my first workout at all level and stephanie had a natural ability to make me feel apart of the squad. she was able to give me cues that helped correct my form and improve the outcome of the exercises. i look forward to doing more of her classes :)

He actually remembered me from a few years ago when I used to come to this gym. Brought up details that I didn't think he would remember and people we know in common. Great way to build a community. Thanks for a killer workout. 5 stars for John and gym but 1 star for assault bikes.

Steph is very thorough when describing the wod. She always give scaling options and offers different movements if someone has a lack of mobility. Her asking the question of the day can prolong the class (other morning coach doesn't ask). She has the great ability to help members adapt their movements duringthe class. She is exceptional at helping members improve their movements to maximize their abilities during the class. I enjoy how the gym rotates coaches so that the members can receive different cues that can help them succeed during challenging movements.
On time start! Clear and accurate coaching instructions. Not a lot of extra conversations not relevant to the class. And out of there on time too! Which is important for ppl on a schedule.

Steph is honestly one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. She somehow knows exactly how to push me just enough so I’m leveling up without even realizing it. She always surprises us with fun warm-ups, you never know what she’s got up her sleeve! Her energy is contagious and her classes are a total blast!

Today I loved all the scaling options John taught me to teach the class for the hand stand hold & plate up / down progression! That is so hard to teach as being a new coach & today John made it feel easier to teach once he took me through all the progressions ! Thank you ! Was so fun !

I had my first class with coach Zach today and it was great. More intense than what I’m used too but I enjoyed it. Zach was very welcoming into the group, supportive throughout the work outs and encouraging to push a little more. Always smiling through the workout which was even more encouraging. I appreciated the support on the first day and look forward to the next weeks to come.
John was very understanding of our body capacity and was able to judge the potential of every team member , I enjoyed doing the training , and glowing in sweat , he showed the corrective movement to every posture to better our mobility . Ofcourse loved the after effect
