Coach Mick was really awesome! His instruction's were very simple and very clear. I will definitely be coming back to learn more from this hand balancing class

Mick is a great coach — he knows his stuff, gives clear descriptions of what you should do and what you should feel when making moves, and has a friendly, encouraging approach. O
Anthony is fantastic -- he is really good at knowing students' skill levels and gently (and safely) pushing them to try drills that will get them to the next skill! He's good at clearly explaining adjustments we need to make when we're going wrong!
Brendan's conditioning class is a real god send. He creatively styles levels 1 thru 3 to match each student's abilities and needs. He's cheerful yet directive. 5 stars.

Can’t select a coach here, but this is for Mick! He creates a cool environment to make progress at my own pace! Mick has a good technical eye and good intuition to find solutions/drills to help with better form and progress!
Mick is a really fun coach to work with! He meets everyone where they’re at, and also gives active feedback / adjustments so you feel supported in pushing yourself. Definitely recommend!

Mick has helped me a ton with handstands and mobility. Today I had some major breakthroughs with straddles after months of work. I think that the drills that Mick showed me today to work on controlling my shoulders and stretching my hamstrings will help me continue to improve my straddles.
I had anthony today and he was really attentive and constructive with me and all the other students! Many of us were at the beginner level and he helped instill confidence in us :)
Dante is a great coach! He was motivating and made trapeze feel fun and approachable to me as a beginner who is still building necessary strength. I'll definitely be back for more of his classes.
well I took a class with Anthony today and it was pretty epic. Had me doing arabians and double fronts, a good time all around

Chloe is supportive, encouraging, and never pushy. She’s talkative in a fun way but never pressures me to reciprocate when I’m low-energy. She believes in my abilities while respecting my limits, which makes every class feel safe and motivating.
Anthony is an excellent instructor. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He can create curriculum tailored to students of different levels and identify their weaknesses, providing guidance on how to improve and progress in various gymnastic moves. I highly recommend his class to both experienced and novice gymnasts.

Dropped in to check out an adult class never having been to such a gym. Coach was experienced and encouraging, and other attendees were welcoming and friendly. I’ll be back!
Kadir is great! He’s mindful, exploratory, and patient. He sets a positive and inviting tone for the class. Definitely recommend the class to anyone trying to get out of their comfort zone!

Note : I don’t have an option to select Deerock as the coach Deerock is GREAT! He teaches in a really systematic way and makes breaking really simple. I honestly feel like I improve a lot because he focuses so much on fundamentals and the details. I’m very excited by my progress each week and am grateful for having such a great teacher! My one wish is for Acrosports to consider lowering the price of class. I totally understand the challenges of having space in the SF market, but I did want to respectfully point out that the average price of classes that dance students are accustomed to is actually closer to $25 per class in SF (without considering any bundle discounts). I’ve invited many of my friends to try out breaking class with me and they’ve expressed interest; however they typically see the current price as a barrier to sustainable attendance. Thanks for considering my feedback, I hope to see this class thrive and flourish, and I hope Deerock is recognized for what an awesome instructor he is!!
