I had a great day today,, Leigh pushed me to do more than I thought I could do, as always! . That’s why I come here ! She is always giving me little cues to improve my form and help me get better. She also explains the moves well before class with step by step examples to help me “get it”. I could never have gotten this far without her. Am forever grateful.
Leigh has been an absolute blessing in our lives. From showing up positive every day to inspirational post. She has truly pushed us past the point we'd have taken ourselves. 3 months in and I can actually complete full scale workouts now. If you think you can't, she measures that you can. Aches and pains have been replaced by wobbly legs and sore muscles. We can begin to thank the entire 361 fitness family enough. Every instructor has truly had an impact on our lives.
Bibi was the coach and did a great job explaining the workout and leading a productive class.

Since joining 361 Fitness, I’ve noticed I feel stronger and more confident. I have more energy during the day, and working out doesn’t feel as scary anymore. It’s actually kind of fun now.
I love that Holly is always scanning the room to make sure you are doing things correctly. The awesome taste in music she plays is a bonus too! 😁

I have gained so much strength and balance since joining 361 Fitness. The workouts challenge me in all the right ways, combining weight training and stability exercises that have noticeably improved my coordination. Leigh is a great coach and is so helpful - she pays close attention to my form, adjusting my technique when needed and offering encouragement. Her guidance makes each class feel productive and focused, and I leave feeling stronger and more confident every time. I look forward to my workouts.

Class was awesome! Melissa was very good about explaining both the strength and Metcon portions of class. She did a great job taking us through the warmup exercises as well as demoing the movements. Great atmosphere, I always enjoy when I drop in for the week.
Melissa is really good at keeping encouraged when the workout is getting hard . Especially at the end of the workout. She has a fun demeanor to her.

Leigh was great during my first visit. She made sure the “first timers” felt comfortable with everything we did. She was very welcoming and even followed up with a text to see how I was doing.
Great- good motivation but not too in your face for a first session getting back into it.

Leigh! I just love that you do this. Being open to feedback for self growth is wonderful. It’s can be scary to receive and just feel proud of this bravery and desire for growth. I love just about everything about the gym. The only thing that I could potentially be open too is perhaps a yoga or Pilates class. I like the idea of working out the body in another way. Also, is this review public? If so, it’s a weird review — lol.

Missy always does a great job leading the Zumba class! The dances are so fun, and Missy reviews the moves many times to ensure confidence. I highly recommend her class!

I had a bad knee day today. The workout consisted of squatting, jump rope, lunges, you name it. My knees were acting up during the stretching! I expressed my limitations with Holly. She recommended I skip out on strength training (warm up) and roll out my legs. It felt like pins and needles!!! Holly explained that this feeling was normal in tightness within the body. I rolled and rolled and rolled and my left knee was feeling much better afterwards. She also modified a personal workout suited to my needs, so that way I can still get my sweat on without limitations. So instead of lunges, I worked on the bike. I came in nervous and worried of the workout because my knees were in pain. Im so glad I expressed this to my coach so they can modify and personalize the workout for me. Thanks for all yall do!
