So far with being at 2020 Fit i’ve taken Matt’s class the most! He is always welcoming and makes sure we know what we are doing before each class! Classes are always challenging but fun!

Mendy’s yoga classes are wonderful-I truly look forward for them. Great for all levels. She provides excellent verbal cues and direction and goes above and beyond to provide little extras like a deeper stretch, or shoulder rub to make the class that much better. 2020 is lucky to have Mendi teaching yoga classes. She’s the best

Michael is so dang knowledgable and has an incredible ability to break a movement down into its basic components and get you past whatever part it is that is hanging you up. He’s also very good at recognizing what each athlete needs (coaching, consistency, intensity, etc) and providing that.
Michael is a great coach. Always upbeat and positive. Extremely knowledgeable about technique. He builds excitement for the workout with his enthusiasm. I truly appreciate his coaching.

Great class! Small numbers in 3:15 so gave ample time for targeted warm up and let all of us take a few extra minutes to warm up/get ready (some decided to vest up, etc). Matt is always encouraging and has a really welcoming demeanor! Look forward to him coaching every time.

Appreciate his perceptive approach as well, asking about how we are doing today, recalling days when an injury or soreness was present days prior. Kyron creates a fun, inclusive environment for all levels to feel welcome.

Always on top of his game. Great energy, which can sometimes be challenging with that 815 group and hurting all the cats :-) My only negative feedback as I had to leave class 15 minutes early to get Ford to school :)
Luke teaches the SwingFit classes. Not only does he have years of experience teaching it, he is also TPI-certified, meaning he knows how to best optimize the workout for golfers. It is scalable for anyone of any age or ability.

Although all the coaches at 2020 fut are fantastic, I can’t help but be even a bit more excited to go to class when the owner is going to be coaching. Now no one is perfect. Let me stress that. We don’t want him getting a bigger head. But to be real, he is damn good. And he can squeeze that last bit of energy out of your body. I believe he asked us if we were ready to “play” as we began today, or something like that. Jon believes in functional movements that we’d use on the street. And “playing” with them is perhaps Jon’s way of helping you realize the connection between what kids do in a schoolyard or gym…or in their daily reality. GREAT STUFF, TODAY. Loved it. Thank God for CrossFit!

Ben is doing great! Haven’t been able to participate the last two weeks but since the first barbell class you can tell he is more comfortable and confident. Even in a large technical class he is great about giving everyone attention and feedback. Really excited that this class is back and to see some new faces at 6:15pm. Keep it up Ben!

This was my first exercise, of any kind, in a long time. Kyron worked with me to adjust the level to my capability, and helped me get my heart rate back down. I felt welcomed and included which exceeded my highest expectations.
Very accommodating, I hadn’t been to 2020fit for a workout in over a year and Kyron made it feel like I never left, at least mentally, I sure felt that drought in routine lol

Absolutely love the instruction- the casually inserted “way to go” and “good job”. The flow is amazing and helps me forget about all the silly insecurities of not being as bendy as the person next to me. I love the beginning intentions and moment to get centered and the final prayer to send us off into the world with kindness and compassion for ourselves and others. Mendi is always a great way to make my day better!

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I ALWAYS love Amanda’s classes. Her energy is welcoming, knowledgeable but not too serious, and very motivating without being over-the-top-hype-girl. As far as the workout, it was exhausting and I felt great afterwards. Both things hold true :)

Sort of a short workout since we did our Stack training in class. Luke is good. I told him that from my last full class w him his stretches/exercises differed from Carlton’s and left me felling it in different places, this a positive thing. I like Luke and think he’ll be good

Kelly is always a joy and full of knowledge regarding our workouts. She also workouts with us when she is not coaching, so she has a better understanding of our personal fitness goals and opportunities. She is really knowledgeable on being a solid, balanced, healthy individual! We also talk restaurant shop whenever we can, lol! Life is about wellness and she definitely exudes that daily!
Great communication each round to make sure I was aware of what the task at hand was, helped provide me with feedback during one of my combos to adjust the movement properly, and always appreciate the cool down at the end even if it’s difficult for me to sit still for a minute, it truly is the one time during the day when I get to be still and appreciate having that time carved out. Great start to the day!!

Jon’s sweat and stretch class is the best. I makes all of the other workout better. He know I am working through an injury. He is always realistic and positive in the process.

Kyron is a good coach. Takes the time to demonstrate the correct technique. Starts on time and keeps the pace going. Positive feedback for sure. I haven’t seen him correct anyone’s form but not sure any corrections were needed. On a separate note I did hear some rumblings from a couple of people on the barbell side that the workouts are “ super hard every single day “. Whiners perhaps or maybe legit not sure
