During this journey to be a healthier, happier version of myself, I've faced life's hurts, hangups and habits. I've struggled with illness and injury. During all of this, the amazing family at 1910 never gave up on me. Friday was patient yet persistent, playing an intricate role to ensure I remained on track. I've got a long way to go but I'm positive this team will help me get there.
Class was fun. I enjoyed and appreciated how passionate an invested the coach Friday was. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere and everyone else in class very supportive and welcoming
Billie was the coach this morning and did a great job. She was able to help everyone with scaling options!

Stephanie is always very helpful with movements and teaching the correct way and form! Great at explaining the “why” movements should be done the way that they are.

Alanna makes class fun & gives really helpful tips about technique or things to think about while completing the WOD such as foot placement when doing burpees to bar. That was helpful to not get dizzy doing a bunch of them.
I always appreciate how welcome Friday makes me feel. Stepping out of your comfort zone is hard to do sometimes, and it helps so much to have positive encouragement! Friday is an awesome coach and I wouldn’t be returning to CrossFit if I didn’t feel the love!

My first class was so great :)
So I was nervous first going in because it’s my first class. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked out and the coach Alanna made me feel like I was in the right place. There was no judgment and she just was so motivating and made me feel great!
I had the best first experience going to the gym. Friday is awesome and did a great job breaking down each of the movements. I’m from out of town, but my goal is now to come back while I’m here and jump into class!

Friday is a phenomenal coach. Whether you are an experienced crossfitter or just starting out. She always has great feedback when performing movements/showing correct form and overall provides such a friendly and encouraging environment within the gym that makes you want to come back for more!!
Went over form which helps a lot for this do is that are more new. Offered to hold baby if he got fussy. Super friendly!
