Today was my second time attending class coach. Alexi was very attentive and was making sure I was OK in these past two days I’ve showed up for class. I’m enjoying the community. Everyone has been very welcoming. and can’t wait to see what the CrossFit world has in store for me being I’ve never done this before.

Love Coach Darla! She does an amazing job coaching us through the movements, breaking down each step so it’s easy to follow and understand. When she corrects us, it’s always clear and encouraging - she points out exactly what to adjust, whether it’s posture or hand placement, making sure we’re doing the exercises safely and effectively. Her attention to detail helps me feel confident in every movement. She’s top notch! The energy she brings to the class at Sandy Lake CrossFit makes the whole workout more engaging and motivating. Every session with her feels like a chance to improve, not just get through it.

The coach Carlos explained the movements greatly. He even wrote down modifications on a white board for me to follow. Dealing with PTSD , depression, and anxiety along with arthritis in knees and back helped me feel better with exercise. Thanks Curtis wiseman

Todays CrossFit class with 3000 meters on the Rower (500m each set with 1 min rest, 8 rounds total) felt like climbing a mountain at first! But watching everyone push hard kept me going — ended up finishing before time. Legs are on fire, but totally worth it!
