Class was very good despite being packed. Jag designs good, impactful workouts and runs the class like a pro. He doesn’t get distracted, makes sure everyone is doing things right and is very encouraging. Love how certain days have specific excercises like bench press on Mondays and deadlifts on Thursdays. I definitely feel my body is responding well to his workouts. Do wish he would throw in a new excercise once in a while to change things up. Definite 5 stars.

Mike was fantastic at explaining and demonstrating what I was to do. Super personable and made me feel very welcomed. Corrected my form when I wasn’t doing it quite right. Loved the workout and the beats ! First class jitters as a senior were quickly gone.
